How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    Sir I have cancelled the ticket but no refund process is done I have cancelled ticket and cancelled transection no. I have booked the ticket at 10 am and this is tatkal ticket

      At the time cancellation how much amount shown? Please Check the exact refunded amount in your bank transaction list.

      Due to festivals may banks take more time.

    me binod gupta had cancelled the ticket having PNR -2121626882 transaction id 100000582115351 on 23 october …. i use internet banking and my account is not credited by Rs 430… how to get my money refunded….i have checked irctc refund status there it is written ….sent to the bank …..plz find solution

    Sir my train no 12729 pune to pbn I was e-ticket booked but waiting that’ way I am cancelled those e-ticket but my refund money not collect my account why are not please answer

    I booked a ticket through IRCTC ID- on 6th October. after money got deducted from my account I got a mail-
    Dear Customer,

    We regret to inform you that due to momentary technical error, we were unable to process your booking request. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    Kindly note that we will process the refund of Rs. 2,998.87 against booking id – NR……………….., which will reflect in your credit card / bank account statement within 7 working days.

    Since this happened because of a temporary error you can try again and make a fresh booking on the website using the same process.

    I have tried to book en e ticket on irctc website two day back. but sume communication issu I got failure massege. and amount was debated from my account. till now my amount not refunded. i am registered with irctc with e mail

      Check Transaction under Failed Transaction list, and Check the Status. Also due to the Festivals/Holidays may refund process delay because it’s fully depend on bank. But Once make sure ticket not booked.

      The Refund Amount as Shown on Cancellation Page Credited to your Same Account within 3-4 Working days as per Refund Rules for more details you may send Email to IRCTC

      Debit and Credit Account are always same, Please send email to irctc from your Register mail ID for more details.

    I booked the train ticket in IRCTC using paytm wallet. I cancelled my ticket. my refund status is showing cancelled and refund send to bank ie paytm. but havnt received any amt in my pay tm wallet. kindly rply asap

      Check Carefully, Because it’s auto Process to Get Refund back to the same account within 3-4 working days. If Still Not get Deducted amount then send email to irctc.

    I have booked a ticket for 4 passengers through irctc mobile app. later on I have cancelled ticket for one passenger through the same app. I have received a message also on my mobile, the amount will be refunded in your account. But I do not find any of the menus about the tracking facility for refund status. kindly suggest where to look. I tried to look in the normal way, login into the irctc.co.in from the same account but it shows no records found. please clarify

      As you Book from the App you need to check the Refund Status through App Also.
