How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?
IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems
Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.
Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.
1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:
2) Click on My Transaction Option.
3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.
4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.
OR
Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

i had cancelled the ticket one week before, when i had seen my ticket refund history they had given refund status as : (sent to bank) but i had not recieved any amount. And the refund date in the history was blank
Hope the Refund Reflect under banking transaction. Else send email to irctc through your registered email ID for more details.

It is showing the amount to be refund but no amount has been credited in my Bank A/c till now.

Hello i booked 3 tickets with pnr: 8149065377 from bandra to unjha on 7/7/16 morning… After sometime i cancelled my tickets due to change in plan.. According to policy 180rs cancellation charges has been deducted, that is ok… But i haven’t received the remaining refund yet infact i got the message on 8/7/16 that you have received a refund of rs795 but today when i checked the balance i haven’t received any refund yet. What pathetic service, i want my refund of 795 back asap… And more worse is customer service, they don’t even pick up the call.. I wasted my balance… Irctc will never improve their services…. Irctc sucks… Mentally frustrated..

You cancelled in 9th June 2016. Check the Cancellation status, the refund initiated same account within 3-4 working days.

The payement was debited from my account but because of internet connection faliure the ticket was not properly booked and i did not get my PNR no. and other details. I checked my IRCTC account from there i confirm in ‘my transaction’ details but ‘no records found’ was written there..
What should i do??
Make Sure ticket was Not Book for Confirmation you can check the Failed Transaction List. And If Transaction Failed you will Get Get Full Debited Amount Backed withing 2-3 working days.

Yes Count Only Working Days Means Non Holiday, Saturday and Sunday…
I was trying to book a ticket but the ticket was not booked. still the money was deducted from my account. Please help me to know where the money went. I cant even see any transaction
Checked on Failed Transaction list (to ensure the booking not done), There is Remarks regrading your Payment. Don’t Worry you will Get REFUNDs within 3-4 Days.
I booked my ticket… later I canceled the ticket and made a fresh booking for another date.
I’ve two doubts:
1) Should I be filing a TDR for the refund of my cancelled ticket?
2) How long might it take to process my refund?
As you told you Cancelled Ticket, If your Ticket Cancelled Successfully No need to do anything.

I have booked train from NDLS to GAYA for 5 passengers for 8th Dec 2015, out of them, only 1 confirmed and rest was in waiting status. None of the passenger travelled . I file TDR as well for the same on 20th Dec 2015. Even i contacted to irctc customer care as well, the ticket ID of the same is – #2602541. Also i contacted the Eastern railway as well. But i didn’t get the fruitfull answer from anybody. The estimated time period of the refund is 90 days. That is also passed away. My PNR number is -2111558867, Transaction Number – 100000349526810.
Any help would be appreciated.

Cancellation ID.100000093969801 PNR No.2413955181 Date of journey 21 Feb 2016. Kerala Express NDLS to CHE 2AC. TDR raised. Till I have not received the refund. Ple look into it.

I HAD BOOKED TWO TICKETS FROM BPL TO TYPT and TYPT TO BPL WITH PNR NO. 2761811823 AND PNR Number: 4118062906. THE ACCOUNT SHOWS THAT IT HAS BEEN CREDITED IN MY BANK ON 30.03.2016 BUT I HAVE’T RECEIVED ANY AMOUNT YET.
You means you Cancelled Both PNR and the refund not received in your account. If Yes then please Email to irctc they will look this matter.
