How to Check your Cancelled or Failed E-Ticket Refund Process/Status from IRCTC website?

How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

  1. I checked my refund status for 2 of my tickets one that had failed and the other which i cancelled, for both of them it shows the transactions have been refunded, but i have not received the amount in my bank yet. what should i do now?

Sir, I was booking a railway e-ticket through irctc web site on 12 Apr from Anand vihar terminals railway station to allahabad station bt the transaction was not fully succses due to network error.Again i hav repit the same process and it had same issued.My SBI account has been deducted two time with Rs 504 each for reservation through irctc whc was not succeeded. My tranjection id no is 100000482403060 and PNR no was not generate.
    Wht should i do?

    1. As you said it’s Failed due to network issue. Please ensure and Check your Failed transaction status. If both transaction found under Failed transaction then it will auto Credit don’t worry.

      It’s Happen with many time due to network.

    My transaction failed in dt 27.03.16 . after checking refund status it show payment send to bank….. but still amount not credited to my account.

    I had booked a ticket from ADI to NDLS for 23rd Feb 2016 but inview of Jat arkshan on these days, the train 12957 Swarn Jayanti Rajdhani Exp was cancelled according to local news paper and ticket was not used. This matter was reported twice to care@irctc.co.in but they replied that train was not cancelled.
    Please look into the matter.

    I had cancelled a waiting list tatkal ticket.. And there was an amount to be refunded as seen in ticket cancelled history in irctc site..but I don’t see anything in ticket refund history..please help in knowing the status of the refund.

      Also you may check the Status of your Cancelled ticket through your irctc account.

    1. Depend on Timing from Train Departure and Count Only Ticket Amount for Refund means In Ticket there is Ticket Amount + Service Charged + Payment Gateway Charged if Any + Agent Service Charged. If you Cancelled Ticket it’s deducted as per rules from Ticket Amount the Other Charges not Refundable.

    I had booked my tatkal ticket on 13jan 2016
    As my ticket didn’t get confrm so I got a msg from irctc that the money refunded to my account
    But till now I used to call the customer care every day .I also mail all the documents like my pnr no.4835789666,ACCOUNT details ,and today they were telling that the forward my msg to there higher authority and they had given me a TKT No.2923153…plz help me out of this situation ..
    Do I get my money or not….

    1. Please Check through your irctc.co.in, What is the Refund Status. As you already Emailed it, Don’t worry you will get your Refund. As per rules refund tale Approx 1-2 Working Week.

  13. I have booked 3 tickets from KMU to TBM on 14/02/2016. When i was booked at the time ticket status shown it as waiting list. Finally 2 tickets got confirmed and another 1 ticket was in waiting list. Only two passengers have been traveled on that day. Still i didn’t receive any refund amount for waiting list ticket. Please help me to get that amount for one ticket.

    1. You not Confirmed that all 3 Ticket with separate Forms means after Booking you have Three PNR or Three Passenger in Single PNR.

      If all are with Same PNR then As 2 passenger got Confirmed and Traveled and Other One not Traveled. Make Sure you will File TDR within Given time Period OR You cancelled one Ticket before Chart Preparation.

      If all are separate PNRs then it’s auto Cancelled for Waiting list E-Tickets. You will Get Auto Refunded. If not Email to care@irctc.co.in

    I have booked a tatkal ticket from KLD to LTTon 20/02/2016,when i book book the ticket I consider a book only if confirm bearth are allerted and then proceed to pay then payment was made successfully and confirms bearth are not available the ticket was not booked and amount was deducted. The transaction is showing to me in the failed transaction history. I also checked the payment status and its saying “Payment Settled ” pnr no is not made. Could you please help me in this, as I did not get my refund.

    1. As you already Check transaction failed. You will get your 100% Amount back withing Week Automatically….Don’t Worry it’s happen some times.

      Still Worried Get more confirm details by send email to irctc through your registered email ID. Don’t forget mention the Transaction number.

    1. To know the Refund Check the Refund Status, Also you can send email to care from your register email ID.

      Please Mention the Details like PNR Number, Transaction number etc in the Email…

  17. Hi i cancelled my two train tickets on 23rd December 2015 and 3rd January 216. The refund status shown sent to bank from last 23 days for first cancelled and for second ticket it show sent to bank from last 11 days but i did not receive any refund in my bank. Pls. suggest me what can i do now.

I also checked the payment status and its saying “Payment Settled Late”. Could you please help me in this, as I did not get my refund.
