How to Check your Cancelled or Failed E-Ticket Refund Process/Status from IRCTC website?

How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

  1. I have booked tatkal ticket on dec8-2016 for dec9-2016 journey from CHENNAI EGMORE to TIRUNELVELI.

    PNR number:4538839394
    My last PNR status is TQWL/31.

    I cant board into train and as it is waitlisted and i cant cancel it in the counter since its e-ticket.As per RAILWAYS rules,TATKAL waitlisted ticket will be auto-cancelled.But my ticket amount is not refunded. i dint get any cancellation message from irctc.

  2. I did not get amount refund, when i checked my status its showing the amount is refunded. Transaction ID: 100000665140826, refund ID :100000130027353, status refunded. I checked in my account balance . I did not get any amount.

    I cancelled the below ticket with PNR: 2125135237 booked though IRCTC mobile app and Mobikwik Wallet. However, Refund has not been processed till now and the Refund status in IRCTC website is showing None. Please process the refund of Rs 525 to my Mobikwik Wallet.

        Once Ticket Cancelled refund Will Take Approx 2-4 Working days as per Rules.

  4. maine 27/11/2012 ko irctc ki mobile app se ticket book kiya 02/12/2016 ke liye par 2 baar birth preference na milne ki wajah se mera ticket nahi book hua par do baar mere account se balance deduct ho gaya fir maine irctc ke website pe my transaction me ja ke failed transaction,booked,etc sabhi kuch check kiya sabhi jagah no record found bata raha hai.aaj 1 week se jayada ho gaya par refund nahi aaya kya karu maine care@irctc.co.in par mail v kiya par koi fayda nahi meraa refund kaise hoga…

    I have booked ticket from your irctc mobile app from ludhiana to delhi at 11:44pm after deduction of balance i got a popup SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE FROM 11:45 TO 00:20 insted of my ticket. And also the same is not showing in my transaction history. How can i get my ticket or my money refund ?

I have booked a ticket for two passengers through irctc mobile app. later on I have cancelled ticket for one passenger through the same app. I have received a message also on my mobile, the amount will be refunded in your account. But I do not find any of the menus about the tracking facility for refund status. kindly suggest where to look. I tried to look in the normal way, login into the irctc.co.in from the same account but it shows no records found. please clarify pnr no is 8651141277

  15. I have booked an eticket from panvel to shornur on train no: 12218 ( Kerala S Kranti ). The date of journey was 22.10.2016. The PNR no : 2123849148. Since the ticket status was waiting list, i cancelled the ticket on 20.10.2016 ( Cancellation ID : 100000123925090 ). i received intimation vide SMS that the ticket was cancelled and the refund will be done soon. But till date ( 06.11.2016 ) no refund was received. On checking the refund status in IRCTC , it is showing “SENT TO BANK”. Please inform me when will the refund be done or is there any technical problems which is causing the delay in refund. Thank You

    Tr Id 100000650497203 booked 3rd AC when there is an availability of 25 general tickets after confirmation of payment shown a message confirmation tickets with berth nos allotted bu no message to email/phone number after a couple of days it is showing transaction was failed we could not understand how it is possible

    please let us clarify the present status depending on the transaction id
