How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    I have cancelled ticket but amount was not refunded but in transaction history they give refunded amount but i didnot get what should i do..

      hello everyone. i have been reading all the comments and i also have same problem with refund amount. it seems that..they making us fools..its kind of a scam they are doing…if u send any mail to irctc regarding this issue, they will send another mail with “ticket id” and that id we can’t use anywhere

        Ticket ID Holding your Query So, you Can use while Call to IRCTC Customer Service. IRCTC quick reply with Ticket ID and Within 1-2 Working Week you will get complete Information regarding your Query under same Ticket ID.

    Dear sir

    I booked 2 ticket with PNR- 2344716329 And PNR-2444716019 But cancelled it on 8th may18 and till date not received amount in bank account. Payment was done though my wife account and till date refund not made.portal show refund but refund history has no details .sent many mails and call to customer care but everything not working.

    please do the need full.

Payment was done though my wife debit card and it shows refunded in portal ,but neither it has come to our bank account ,nor even showing in refund history when clicked .Till date many mails done and calls made to customer care but no one doing help.

    Gd mng sir,
    I cancelled my 2 tickets on 13 th may and status shown as refunded to ur bank on 14 th may. But I didn’t received my amount till now. IRCTC provided reference number, refund date and amount, refund id and bank refund transaction id also. Pl give ur valuable suggestion.

      As Status Shown Refunded, means You will likely to Get Refund any time depend on Bank, Hope you will Get Refund Till or Before this Friday.

          Check the transaction Status to know the process also check the Bank Transaction Carefully if Still you will not get Refund After 15 Working Days.

          Next Step Email or Call, Good if you Go with the Email Send email to Care and etickets@irctc.co.in through your registered Email ID must mention PNR and Transaction details, After email you will Get Reference Number quickly and After 1-2 Working Week you will Get Complete details regarding transaction process from IRCTC. Also if you Call to irctc you can use this email reference Number.

    I had booked ticket in TATKAL quota on 9 th may,2018 in E-ticket in my IRCTC account . I paid by paytm wallet option. As this ticket has more waiting list, It was cancelled automatically on 11 th may,2018. A mail came with Refund reference no:18857223995 with the amount Rs.990. im waited More than 6 days, but still not refunded my amount. When i tried to see Refund Status in ticket refund history,it Not showing refund status with ” Unable to Process Request” . This cancelled ticket is not showing in cancelled ticket history.

    I would like to bring to your kind attention that I had tried to book a ticket on the 2nd of May 2018, by the Shatabdi express for the 6th of May, I had authorised payment from my debit card ( HDFC), although unfortunately, possibly due to a system error, I did not receive a ticket, but I the amount for the ticket was debited to my account.

    Please advise me as to how I have to go about getting a refund, I had contacted my bank as well, although they have advised me that without a cancellation or void receipt they would not be able to do anything about it.
    I sincerely appreciate your advice and action.

    The ticket was eventually booked by my cousin from Hyderabad, for three people two children and one adult.

      It’s Happen with Many users, First make sure Payment was Failed, Just check the transaction status/Check registered Email and etc, Once you sure Payment was Failed and Ticket not Booked then no need to do anything more.

      As Refunds are Fully Automated and credited with same Card/Bank withing as per Rules Normally 7-8 Working Days. T Check the status of refund check transaction status.

    I have booked ticket on 11 th may in my irctc account.Amount deducted in my account but ticket not booked even it didnt show in booked ticked history. please find following details.

    I have booked a ticket on 30th April , money of INR 3870 deducted vide transaction no 812010335590, money yet not reversed back. Neither Bank nor IRCTC is responding over the same. 14 days are already over.

    I tried to book premium tatkal tickett .I did not get confirmed ticket but money got debited from my account . I cannot find track status for failed transactions in irctc site.

      सबसे पहले बुकिंग हिस्ट्री चेक कर ले वो जर्नी डेट सर्च करे या बुकिंग डेट सर्च करे.

      पक्का कर ले की बुकिंग नहीं हुआ हैं, ट्रांसक्शन फ़ैल हुआ हैं.
      ट्रांसक्शन फैल केस में रिफंड अपने आप आ जाता हैं कस्टमर को कुछ करने की जरूरत नहीं होती.

      Check the Booking History, If Ticket was not showing means failed or check email or SMS and also check the last transaction status.
      Make sure ticket was Not Booked, Refunds are Fully Auto Process, No need to do anything to get Failed transaction Refund.

      As status shown Refunded means you will likely to Get Refund Anytime, Sometimes refunds take time depend on Bank.

    Sir I booked a ticket on 26th April ,ticket was not confirmed. at last it cancelled automatically PNR No. of ticket is 8304913538. but it has not yet refunded.please inform the expected date when i get my money back to my account.

      Refunds Take minimum 7 Working Days, you may track the status through Transaction Status.
