How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    My Tatkal booking failed on 26 Apr 2018, the amount was deducted from my account. I got a message saying it will be refunded. On IRCTC portal it says amount Refunded on 1 May 2018, but its not reflected in my account.

    Can you help me here?

      Refunds are Fully Auto and Credited with the same debited Account Always as per Rules.

    Hello sir, i had cancelled my ticket on 2nd may and my amount hasn’t been refunded yet but in status it’s showing your refund amount credited to the bank with some reference id. However it is not there in my bank account from where i booked my ticket. I had sent a mail to irctc regarding this issue but got no response yet. Please help me regarding my amount as it was about INR 1595 .

    Dear admin,
    Greetings.!!
    I booked a ticket on 02/05/2018 after some minutes I cancelled it on same day. Now if I see refund status in irctc website it shows that refunded on 06/05/2018 and bank name shows as PAYTMSDK but I didn’t receive a single amount of that in my account through which I booked the tickets nor in paytm wallet.
    I need money no one is there to help me please. Reply ASAP.

      Because while payment the Payment Gateway you Choose was Powered by Paytm, Anyway you will Get refund with the same Bank/Card Debited Account. As status Shown Refunded means process done from IRCTC Now depend on Bank you will Get Refund anytime.

      Check the transaction status Daily or frequent as the status can be track through transaction status Only.

      Refund Process are fully Auto, Passenger no need to do anything for that. You can also send email to etickets or care@irctc.co.in with complete Transaction details through your Registered Email ID, But Email also Take 1-2 Week to Get Complete details from IRCTC.

    Sir i booked railway ticket on 30th april 2018. My money getting debited but ticket was no booked my transaction id:100001249505849.Till now i didn’t get my refound .Please look into it.

      Make sure Transaction Failed Checked the transaction status to track Refund.
      Refunds Normally Take 7 Working Days, Once Status Shown Refunded means Process done.

      Refunds Normally Take 7 Working Days, as per transaction date, You will Get refund likely to Next Week till Friday.

      Keep Check Transaction status daily once shown Refunded means process done from IRCTC Site and may credited anytime.

    Sir I booked ticket on 30th April ticket was not confirmed but IRCTC send msg on Tuesday that amount would get refunded with in 3 to 4 working days but it has not yet refunded it was Tatkal ticket

      As waiting Ticket not confirmed after Charting then Auto cancel by IRCTC and Refunded Remaining Amount After deduction.

      As Cancelled on 30th April May you will Get refund till Next Week Friday, You may also track refund through check transaction Status.

    My money got debited from my bank account and tickets r not booked. I have sent mail mentioning transaction Id and attached my bank statement to irctc, no reply has come yet. Am worried whether i will get my money back or not.. If yes wen??!!

      You may track refund status steps given o irctcnews.in
      Anyway make sure your transaction was failed through transaction History.

      Refunds are fully auto in case money debited but ticket not booked 100% Refund in 7 Working Days.

    Sir i tried booking tatkal ticket on 30 april ,amount deducted 1935 rupees but tickets not booked ,there are five failed transactions in transaction history all shows payment failed and i didnt recieved any message about being refunded,And than same happened on 1may of 1290 rupees but i got message for it from irctc that they will be refunded,i am concerned about the 30th april deduction,how i can confirm that they will be refunded or not

      Transaction Failed common technical error, Make sure your transaction was failed for that check the transaction History.

      If Money debited but Ticket not booked in this case you will get 100% refund within 7-10 Working Days.

    I cancelled my ticket ON 21-4-2018 through my debit card. Till now the refund amount has not yet received. Kindly clear the same. Railway people give customer care number. That number is 01123344787. No one receive the phone. what i do??. Kindly clear the same.     sir while booking my ticket on 29th april 2018, the transanction was failed but amount has been deducted from my account and no refund has been made yet. sir even in redund history i cant see anything, kindly update me till when i will be able to received my money, i am providing with transanction id

      Check the transaction ID ad Make sure Payment Failed or etc.

      If Payment Failed and Found Requested then You will Get Refund 100% debited amount with same account withing 7 Working Days.

      26th March Month Ago, as refund processed are fully Auto Check Banking Transaction Carefully, Also make sure that Booking was Failed or Not through Email ID or Booking History or Through Transaction History.

    Dear IRCTC,

    We have booked Tickets as on date 19-Dec-17 booking status is showing PQWL my travel date is 17-April -2018.

    But As on date 17 April -18 Ticket was not confirmed. I was asked to TT he has saying to this ticket not confirmed You pay fine and Ticket charge. We have my fine and tick charged my IRTCT booked tickets was showing automatically cancelled .. but I will still not received my refund amt.-2980/-.
    I can cancelled e-ticket PNR No.8100328876 and transaction ID-100001091939073 and refund id-10000231374832 I can cancelled this ticket at 17-April-2018 but it’s showing Refund on IRTCT I couldn’t receive in my account please refund my Amt In my account ASAP.. please Help me ..

      Refunds are Fully Automatic, You will Get Refund with same debited Account. Normally Take 7-10 Working Days.
      Keep Checking refund status once shown Refunded means process done from IRCTC Site and you will receive very soon your refunds.

          Please Check the transaction Status, Maybe your Transaction Failed also check your Registered Email ID. Make sure ticket not book check the Booking History.

          If Transaction Failed or etc but Payment Debit you will Get 100% Refund within 7-10 Working Days.
