How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    Dear,

    Please help me regarding a refund for my failed transaction which was done on 9th Nov. 2018
    Transaction ID is : 10001520706036
    Amount : ₹925
    Train no.12650
    It’s more tha 12 days, and no refund status.
    Please register a complaint for the bank regarding this issue.

    I booked 4 tickets on different train. I cancelled all of them as all of them were waiting list. It’s been 11 days still I didnot get the refund though irctc website shows ‘refunded’ against my cancelled ticket. What should i do?

    I booked a ticket for 2 in bharat darshan train leaving 25th of november 2018. I cancelled it on 18th of October 2018. Now status showing refunded in rds. What does that mean? I paid through debt card. Where and how do i get refund?

    Hai I booked one ticket 07/08/2018[train no 16649 parasuram express Quilandi to ernakulam town ] and amount was deducted in my account booking transaction id 100001387867598 Rs 520/- but ticket not confirmed and the amount was till not refund to my account . so please refund my account as soon as psssible

    sir , i have booked ticket in gomti express . ticket is not booked , but whenever i open my account a pop-up comes and says your transaction status is pending from bank end.TID 100001384351283

    I booked ticket on 17/08/2018 at around 1 am money deducted from my debit card but irctc shows that payment is pending. i called three times to irctc call canter and they said different statement as one said payment received and other said payment in queue. yesterday at 11 am i confirmed from bank that payment is given to irctc but till today irctc transaction history shows payment is pending also yesterday no proper response from irctc call center and today i tried to call but on phone these two no (0755 6610661 & 07553934141) is not in existence. PLEASE HELP IN THIS REGARD. MY TRANSACTION ID IS 100001358673248.

    Hi i booked my ticket on 01-07-2018 and amount was detucted but ticket was not confirmed. transaction id : 100001335763758 and transaction id:100001335763863 the amount was till not refund to my account.so please refund my amount as soon as possible.

    IRCTC must not debit transaction amount on failed transactions. Lets say someone has 2000 INR in bank a/c and the booking amount was 1800.00 which got debited but tickets not issued. He cannot book a ticket again as balance is only INR200.
    This is a violation to debit the account for failed transactions and hold it for 5 working days. This is a defect in your web page that need to be rectified.

    I tried to booke tatkal ticket but failed due to quoto but paymnet was deducted from the bank payment was done through paytm with debit card not from wallet its been a week and still not received the refund in my bank what to do ?
