    MY parents are travelling from Mumbai to Shahganj by train no11055 in S5 berth PNR no8200188050, Issue is there they are not allowed to use washroom by unreserved class passenger,they have accommodate all space in washroom and nearby , i am trying to reach toll free no 138 but it is not working

    is this the service provide by railway????? Can railway authority help on this

    I’m traveling garib rath, SC-VSKP train no: 12740, PNR: 4242764047, train start in 8.30pm but still I didn’t get bed sheet and blanket….poor service, on body can her to contact him

    I am travelling to satna to sagar by train no 11072 kamayani express and my pnr no.2605609851 seat no S1-63 confirm ticket bt some passengers sit my seat .he said make ticket by train tt with my confirm seat …bt why this ….what is rules of confirm ticket as for train TTE

    Hi my father is traveling with his a friend on train 18609. No ticket check official has reported on S4 birth. There are people with out reservation taken the seat and refusing to leave. It’s been approximately 1 hour travel. Still no help. Is this your standard of service for passenger who book in advance. Lost all hope that you would take any corrective action.

    PNR No.-2442952244 Train no. 14257 .. Travelling in S2 coach …berth no 47……at my compartment …one drunk yard is there since three hours and doing molestation and harassing all the people of coach.a many times warned…but not at all any relief…
    We are to reach lucknow station in 10 mins…kindly send rpf personnel or do anything needful….we r going to delhi and whole night is remained….kindly do the needful actions at the earliest….
