  3. Hi I am traveling with my family on train 16535. No ticket check official has reported on S4. There are people with out reservation taken the seat and refusing to leave. It’s been approximately 1 hour travel. Still no help. Is this your standard of service for passenger who book in advance. Lost all hope that you would take any corrective action.     and they were refusing to serve lunch while they have served the same in other coaches.
    & the attendent was not responding well.

  7. No security in 12190 i m travelling from nzm to gwl from 03/01/2018 and this is my pnr 2240916309. I feel uncomfortable in this train bcoz normal passengers are traveling here and shouting. No any tte attend this train. No. Rules in indian railways. Bad rules in india
