Train number 12424 New Delhi in Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express on 12.07.2019 head Constable Ashish Chauhan and Constable Ramayanan Yadav of Railway Police Force, Post Anverganj, posted in Escorting Duty. A complaint was received from the BSF Jawan and his pregnant wife about misbehavior and illegal recovery.
बी.एस.एफ जवान द्वारा गर्भवती पत्नी के नई दिल्ली स्टेशन पर गाड़ी में न चढ़ पाने के कारण चेन पुलिंग की गयी थी। Railway security force personnel showed fear of action while mistreating BSF jawan and his wife। कार्यवाही न करने के एवज में रेलवे सुरक्षा बल जवानों द्वारा बीएसएफ जवान को टायलेट के पास ले जाकर उससे दस हजार रूपये की मांग की गयी। बीएसएफ जवान द्वारा रेलवे सुरक्षा बल जवानों को सात हजार रूपये नगद एवं कैश न होने का बहाना कर तीन हजार रूपये पेटीएम के माध्यम से दिये गये थे।
पीड़ित को त्वरित न्याय दिलाने एवं आरोपी बल सदस्यों के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही करने हेतु पूरे मामले की त्वरित जांच करायी गयी। Details of the accused’s bank account were taken in the investigation, in which the letter was confirmed by the Paytm for three thousand rupees। रिपोर्ट पर कड़ा रूख अपनाकर कठोरतम कार्यवाही करते हुए जवानों को रेलवे सुरक्षा बल नियम 1987 मे दिये गये विशेष प्रावधानो के तहत नौकरी से बर्खास्त (Dismiss) कर दिया गया है। The dismissal orders were received on 16.07.2019। बर्खास्तगी के बाद जवानों को रेलवे से मिलने वाले भत्ते एवं धनराशि नही मिलेगी एवं सेवा संबंधी अन्य लाभों के भी हकदार नही होंगे और ना ही दोबारा किसी भी सरकारी नौकरी के पात्र होंगे। यहां पर यह उल्लेख किया जाता है कि, घटना के मात्र 05 दिन के भीतर की गई इस कार्यवाही से रेलवे ने भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ मुहिम में एक अहम संदेश दिया है।
