Railway conducts intensive ticket checking drive Mumbai
Mumbai Division of Central Railway conducts intensive ticket checking drive against irregular travelling passengers. During an intensive check conducted, passengers fraudulently travelling detected in north bound up trains i.e. 02533, 01094 and 02541 for return to Mumbai. 291 cases were detected and amount Rs.3.82 lakh was recovered as penalty during this one-week drive in Mumbai Division.
During drive irregularities mainly noticed are as under-
1)Misusing of senior citizen quota. = ऐसे लोग जो अपनी उम्र 60 साल या 58 साल टिकट में करवाते हैं जिससे उनको सीनियर सिटीजन कोटा अलॉट हो जाता है सीट भी मिल जाती है और पैसे भी कम लगते हैं क्योंकि इनके आईडी कार्ड से यह प्रमाणित नहीं हो पाता कि यह इतने साल के हैं या नहीं।
2)Travelling on Altered tickets = इन टिकटों में उन्होंने कुछ चेंज किए थे।
3)Improper conversion of system generated ticket to e-tickets =
4)Travelling with coloured xerox of ticket =
5) Travelling with fake ID cards = यह जो आईडी के साथ ट्रेवल कर रहे थे वह आईडी वैद्य नहीं थी
6) Detected Transfer of ticket cases
Central Railway appeals to the passengers to travel with proper and valid railway tickets in order to avoid inconvenience and travel with dignity.
