How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    Sir today 17/09/2017. Ihad booked a ticket and my preferences was book only if 1 lower bearth is allotted, but my ticket not booked and my transaction failure and my money has been deducted from my account. And it is written that payment settled. Is irctc refund my money or reconfirm my ticket.

      You May Confirm through Below Steps:
      1) As you already Checked the transaction showing under Failed Transaction Menu.
      2) You Can Check your Book History Search Booking by Selecting Traveling/Booking dates.

      If Transaction Failed then you can find under Failed Transaction and You Can’t Find the Booking under Booked Ticket History then it’s Confirm Transaction Failed.

      Normally You Will Get Debited amount Within 7 Working Days.

    Refund for ticket cancelled on 03-Sep is not yet credited in my account and IRCTC keeps on creating new tickets when ever I send mail without any resoulution.

      No need to Do anything, Normally Refund Take 7 Working Days. Sometime it will Take 1-2 More Days to Reflect under our Banking Transaction.

      Ticket Refunds Normally Take 5 to 7 Working Days. Keep Wait for Some more working Days.

      Normally Failed Booking or Cancelled Ticket in both Cases Refunds Take 7 Working Days.

      As Failed on 31st Means You will Likely to Get Your Refund Till Friday.

    While I booking my ticket the ticket on 11-09-2017 (From Erode to Chennai)got cancelled due to poor connection but the was deducted.But this happens 4 days before,yet the amount has not been refunded.What do I do.

    I have cancelled my ticket after they rejected booking is any problem canceling the watlisted tickets before 20 minutes of the departure time of the train.. please help I paid the money through paytm in my refund status transaction type -cancelled refund status is SENT TO BANK I don’t know what to do..

      Amount Debited But Ticket Not Booked this one of the Very Common Transaction Cases, No need to Worry the Whole Debited Credited with your Same Payment Gateway Bank/App Within 7 Working days.

    Hello,

    This is to inform you that I had booked a ticket (PNR NO. 8755962907), from Vasai Road to Kota Junction for May 10, 2017, by train no. 12449.

    The ticket, was booked on February 10, 2017, through a bank and was later cancelled. Meanwhile I had to close the bank account from which I had booked the tickets.

    But I submitted my new bank account details and all other relevant documents for the refund on May 19, 2017. However, I have still not received the refund in my new account. IRCTC is not even replying to my emails. Explain this delay and send the refund at the earliest.

      As You Already Send Email to the IRCTC, In Case Closed bank they Refund as Per Other Account Given by Users.

      Kindly send Email to I-tickets/e-tickets : care@irctc.co.in For Cancellation E-tickets : etickets@irctc.co.in through your Registered Email ID with all details.

    Sir/Mam,
    I had cancelled my ticket at the booking counter and TDR nos . 79131 and 79132 was allowed and the person at the counter said that a mail had to be sent for refund request all was done but no refund has taken place till now.Ticket cancellation date was 24th Dec 2016 and atleast five reminder mails have been mailed with no response.Please provide a solution .

        Are you Sure You Will Sending the Emails through your Registered Email ID.

        After Every Email Auto Reply fro IRCTC with Unique Reference Number. All Conversation under this Reference Number Recorded. With this Reference Number You may talk Via Call with IRCTC Care.

          My father had booked and cancelled the ticket at counter and as per the instruction provided by the person at the counter he had filled up a form with all the desired details and TDR nos .we’re provided then request for refund was sent through speed post and I mailed the request letter via mail but till date no response was received from the other end.

            You Filled TDR form means You Approach Counter for Cancellation After Chart Prepared or etc. Please Click Here for Read All About TDR.

            No refund shall be granted on the reserved ticket if it is surrendered for cancellation within 30 minutes of the actual departure of the train or after the departure of train.

            For cancellation of RAC/Waitlisted tickets up to the prescribed time limits, full refund of fare will be given, after deducting the clerkage charges per passenger.
