How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    I was unabble to book my ticket but my payment is deducted on 2nd september and the payment status is payment settled.. Is the refund processed in this case, if processes when will i get the refund

      In IRCTC Refund Status You Can Check the status of the transaction Only Not the Account Number.

      One of the Common Problem, Don’t Worry Entire Amount Refunded within 5-7 Working Days. Make sure the Ticket Not Booked, Double Check the Booked Ticket History and Transaction Status.

    Hi An amount of Rs 1290.0 deducted against IRCTC Txn ID 100000952779216 on 23-Aug-2017 . Refund status shows that amount has been refunded. But i still didn’t get any refund money to my account.

      IRCTC’s payment reconciliation team works on a 24 x 7 basis, IRCTC offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts.

      Practically/Normally Refunds Take 7 Working days, As you Cancelled on 26th means Expected Refund Date 7th Sep.

    During booking, irctc takes a few seconds to collect money from customers. but for refund it takes more than 10 days. May I know the reason?

    Hi…. I’ve cancelled my e-ticket on 23 August… Refund status shows that amount has been refunded. But i still didn’t get any refund money on my account.. I’ve paid through the debit card.

      Automatically You Will Get 100% Debited amount Refund Within 5-7 Working Days.

    Hi!, i have cancelled a ticket around 20 days ago, it was mentioned the money ll be refunded with in 48 hours but till now i haven’t recieved the money . also while checking on the irctc portal it is showing refunded.
    what to do now ?

      Money Debited But Ticket Not Booked Answer:
      In all similar cases, money is automatically credited back to account. User is not required to do anything. Just check the bank account or failed transaction history after login in IRCTC. A duration of 7 days has been prescribed by irctc for refund. Mostly within 2 or 3 days the refund is done.

      If after 1 week, refund is not credited to account, you should be serious. Write your refund request to eticket@irctc.co.in.

      Send Email to care@irctc.co.in through your Registered Email ID with Details like PNR,Transaction,Reason etc.

    I have booked ticket on 12 Aug 2017 through irctc, due to some technical issue my booking got failed and money was deducted from my account, it’s been 12 days when I check the status in irctc it’s says money was refunded to paytm sdk not in my account. Please help me where to contact or how it will takes to refund to my bank account.

      Must need to Login to Check the status of TDR.

      If Train Diverted Must Select the Option for Get Full Refund.

    I have cancelled mine online ticket on 14-08-2017 for travelling date of 14-08-2017 , and received massage for cancellation but didn’t got refund since last 10 days as your limit is within 4 days. Have tried to call to care no response from your team.

      Normally Refunds Take 5-7 Working Days, As Last Week 2 Holidays, Bank Strike etc due to this all may refunds delayed.

      Wait Some more Working Days I’m sure you will Get Refund Soon.
