    Today,14 th Jan 2018,i buy bread omelet butter from janaahar at Howrah station. they charged rs30 as cost and rs 10 as packing charges. How can be the packing charges before than 30 % of the cost?.is it justified??.

    In train no. 22812, Bhubaneshvar Rajdhani express dated 05/01/2018 rescheduled on 06/01/2018 Rats are running here and there, Upma was demanded in Breakfast but falsely told that Upma was not made and cutlet was given but it was returned by me and no else was provided, A.C is also not working properly not not cooling is there. Sunil Pareek, coach no.B10, seat no. 09 and 12.

    Travelling by Rajdhani express (12424) from guwahati to Dibrugarh… DOJ: SCHEDULE was 04.01.2018, 20.20 hours…running 11 hours late, in name of food only Dal & Rice served in very less quantity (already prepaid for non-veg in the ticket) COMPLETE LOOT… SEEMS THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR RIGHTS OF PASSENGER ARE HAND IN GLOVES…..A.C. frequently switched off (coach B5).. very unhygenic atmosphere in the coach.. pls advice whom to address….

    Today I travelled by Pinakini express from Nellore to Chennai Central. On arrival at Central I went to the pay and use toilet located at the Main Exit Gate. The charges for the usage displayed is Rs. 2 for using urinals and RS. 5 for using the toilets. But the attending staff are collecting Rs. 5 for urinals also. Moreover they are not issuing receipts. On questioning the staff are giving abusing way of replies. Please clarify if any changes in charges.

    I am traveling from Brajrajnagar to Rajendra Nagar in southbihar express (13287) and my travelling ticket PNR no 670-9348545. The condition of most of the toilet (s) is very bad. The biotoilets are not being cleaned throughout the journey and smells very bad. The toilets are can’t be used in such conditions. Please take some necessary measures.

    I have got a ticket from thirumullaivoyal to jeevan station but since I am in a hurry I didn’t check the ticket to check where it goes. While I was getting down the ticket collector notified me to provide a ticket where the ticket is been provided to thirunenravur which is in opposite direction. Which made me to give rupee’s 255 as fine. I want to file a complaint on the person in the ticket booth

    Train 12596. Anvt GKP HUMSAFAR. 1st December

    Dirty bedroll provided to many passengers including me. Pillow covers seems to be never changed or washed. Dirty yellow, smelly, became rounded.
    Staff came after an hr. Initially they denied to change but later they 4 packets but mostly bedrolls were used. TTE informed but he denied for any help. Staff said jise bhi complaint karna ho kar do, humara koi kuchh nahi kar sakta jao modi ko bol do. Then 3 of staff members came and tried to overpower me and left away an used bedroll.
    I challenge IRCTC to handle this kind of misbehavior. I demand refund for my bedroll amount which indirectly includes in ticket. Bogus service in a highly paid train. Pathetic management from railway. Disgusting

    Pnr 8553109384 train no.12140. My complaint is about not providing bedroll in 3AC compartments. With my four Dr friends im travelling frm pachora to CSTM. Its very fullish thing. After asking about, attended simply refuses saying that their service provider will b giving them in Mumbai. How can we tolerate this????.

    I have booked 2 seats in Pune Indore express(22943) (traveling date 18 November 2017 from kalyan to Indore). But we reach at station on exact train departure time that is 6:30 pm and not able to get S5 coach. so in rush we entered into the coach which we saw first. when we cames into our coach then we come to know that TT has alloted our 1 seats to some one else. By taking money from them, when I talked about TT for the same he told me that it’s my job to whom give seats and left the train in next station (Vasai Road). Is it right?that You r giving my Tatkal confirmed seats to others. So my request is please take strict action against that TT.

    My name is MD.Ikhlas Train Number 12311(Kalka Mail) Berth 2,Date-05.11.2017 From Howrah Station
    I booked a tatkal ticket got waiting first then Got confirmed seat.When I was In Coach Saw two passengers without tickets being asked By TTE to be on seat 1&3 after getting Bribe of some amount.
    Worst part is They being without tickets not allowing me and my co passengers to switch Lights,Charging there mobiles And video chats.Giggling,Laughing,Talking Like there is no other passengers.I feel Shame to say That If Being a citizen of India I do follow all Guidelines I pay more even I sweat and I try To wait For my Tickets.
    What I get is Unsecured Coach Where I cant sleep because of few Unidentified person who Can even do anything and leave coach with Unidentified Identity.
    I just want To get answer From Railway Board members if being a man I feel Unsecured about me,my luggage and peace.How Can I send my Family members,womens,Kids to such a Atmosphere.
    I request to Do Take things Seriously and Get rid of these kind of Corruption which can Harm whole fraternity.
    I pray and wish this matter may be taken as serious issue for future of our Country and citizens of India.

    I m travelling in train 04403 bju ndls exp. Frm gkp to ndls. When i entered in coach there is very bad condition of cleaning . Cleaning staff is not in coaches.its my worst experience. TTE is changed my coach . I expect from ur ministry that huge amount of expenses on cleaning bt still its nt happen on ground level. Pls work on.

    I am travelling in 18048 with PNR 4433575889 in s6 . I have face difficulty in journey. Boggie was appearing like general coach , passengers with current ticket was occupying birth , t.t. was incompetent, more than one passenger was allowed on one reserve seat, entrance was blocked with big heap of catering material,no dust bins,toilets very dirty. There was lots of oppurtunities for t.t. to mint mony. Overall train journey was very bed. Thanks to indian railways.

    I have boarded train no 22126on 23rd oct 2017 at 9 AM as train was late.
    Waited for beddings but no attendor came to give beddings after that i moved myself to attendor for bedding he just provide me bedsheet and when o asked him for blanket he told me that blankets are not available so he will give it after delhi station .
    What type of services railwayis giving .
    Due to chillness in AC coach i am not able to sit comfortable because of non availability of blanket .
    Even many passengers have same problem attendor had not provided blanket to many passengers kindly look in this matter.
    My seat no is 42 in A2 coach

    Surprised to see that Chennai central ac waiting room is charging Rs. 30 per person per hour. I can not understand this. Sad to see Indian railway cheating ac waiters. I asked the railway person as it was completely free at Nagpur and maintained much more better, he replied it is southern railway, here it is chargeable. In my opinion, it should not be chargeable at all because it is indian railway and southern or northern. Please think as are not they cheating and spoiling the railways name.

    Pm is working against corruption but the situation is still the same.
    Corruption is in the roots.
    On the railway station when the fee charged is fixed by the railways why the staff always demand for extra rupees kse ke unke baap ne kama kr unko plane ke lye chora ho.
    I hate Indian railways.
    Jasa tha Hindustan wasa he rahega.
    Only one person can’t change it.
    So vote for that person whom we can catch not any special party with false promises.
