How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    I have booked a ticket on 15th of february and cancelled it on the same day but till today i havnt got my refund amount ..i contacted to IRCTC they are saying that they have refunded the amount and i have also seen the refund status it is showing that the refund is made..but it is refunded to PAYTM SDK but i have used my debit card and if they transferred the amount in my paytm wallet then i have also not received that amount in paytm wallet also..please help me this..i have used IRCTC APP to book the ticket and payment gateway is PAYTM..

      PAYTM receive refunds then after Identify they credit to your Paytm Account.

    My ticket is not booked but the money was deducted on 17-02-2017.It was showing that money was refunded on 18-02-2017 but money was not credited into my account till today.My transaction id is 100000747046819.Sir please solve my problem .

    So far I have not been refunded the cancelled amount which I have been canceled on 8th Dec.,2017. Kindly make the payment immediately.Since inordinate delay is occurred, I seek your immediate response in this matter urgently.

      As per Your Comments you Cancelled ticket Last Year December month and till Date you will Not Received Refund. As per Rules Auto Refund process take not more then 2-4 Working Days.

      Write to irctc helpline “eticket@irctc.co.in with PNR and Transaction details for Get Complete information of the transaction process.

      It will be automatically refunded back into your bank account within a time 2-4 Working days. You can also mail on care@irctc.co.in for knowing the status of your refunds.

    My ticket pnr. No. 2808649074 new delhi to kanpur waiting ticket booked on 7th feb. And cancel 8th feb after cancelation of ticket message received your amount refund in your account but amount still not received.

      Refunds Take 2-4 Working Days as per Rules… Please Check once more time properly your bank transactions. also check refund status through your irctc account the steps are available how to check the status.

    I had cancelled two tickets on Feb 16 th..Though the status on the website is ‘Refunded’ against both tickets,I got refund for just one ticket and the bank mentioned against the second ticket is wrong (Kotak Mahindra instead of Syndicate bank)..Transaction no:100000144183385..please resolve this issue at the earliest..

    I have cancelled 5 counter tickets filled up all the forms but it’s more than 40daus there is no update and iam unable to check as it was a counter cancellation …..please help me

    I used axis bank debit card to boo ticket on the irctc app . But refund history says that the amount is refunded in paytm whereas I don’t have a paytm wallet.
    Who should I contact the bank or paytm or irctc ????

      May be possible While Booking You Choose Paytm as Payment Gateway….So refund found with the same Payment Gateway.

    I have booked 2 A/C 3 tier tickets in the name of Mr. JISSIL JOE BABU from Chennai to Guwahati and cancelled the same on 8th Dec.,2016.       At the time of Booking May you select PayTM as Payment Gateway, So it’s showing the Refund on Same Payment Gateway.

      Paytm Once Get Payment then after identity they credited to relevant account. Don’t Worry May it will take some more time.

      In Money Debited but Ticket not Booked Cases Auto 100% Refund done within 2-4 Working Days Don’t Worry.

      Also you may track the refund status through your irctc account.

    dear sir i am cancelled my on 8/2/17 but till now my refund not come i spoke to your cuctomer care they told me 6 days for refund process.bur your irctc site showing rufunded on 10/2/2017.but i am not getting my money till now.otherwise i am contact my they are told no money return back to pls ask railway what can i do.this is your governments cashless policy,pls tell to our PM.this is very worst system.take immediate action and reply,thanks regards.thangadurai.chennai

      Pleas Check Properly, I’m sure till date the refund process must Done.

      Anyway Please Cross Check the Refund Amount with your Bank Transaction and Supposed still you will Get Refund Send email to IRCTC care@irctc.co.in, etickets@irctc.co.in through your registered eail ID, Must Mention All details like PNR and Transaction ID of Cancelled Ticket ETC. You will Get Complete details regarding the Processed.

      As per Rules Refunds Take 2-4 Working Days. Also you can Track through your IRCTC Account.

      Simply Check your Account Transactions, and also Match the same debited amount credited into your bank account. Also you may Send Email to IRCTC through your registered Mail ID for More Information.

      Failed/Cancelled Ticket Refunds Within 2-4 Working Days Automatically, So as Per you Mention the Date of Failed Transaction I am sure account Already Credited.

      The Amount Debited from your Account was Auto credited within 2-4 working days as per IRCTC Rules.

    I have booked a rail e- ticket on 20th January 2017 from Hyderabad to CST Mumbai and vice versa ,ticket from my irctc account through online. Due to some reasons , I cancelled tickets on 30 th January 17. I have received a message from irctc you will get refund amount to your bank. But not deposited till now. I have checked in refund status in irctc website it is showing that the amount has refunded on 31 st January, but actually has deposited in my ICICI bank account. My transaction ID is like 100000719934330 and 100000719934231. The amount is 1540 and 840. Please respond for this.

    Hi,

    I Booked a Ticket for My Mom in the Name Cesily on 28.01.2017. I canceled my ticket from Chennai to Tiruppur which is booked on 28.01.2017 for the Train No 12679 Coimbatore Express. But My refund amount is not credited in My A/c.
    I make my payment trough City Union Bank Net banking. My A/c No is 50010101089dDDe. In Refund Coloum of IRTC Bank Name is shown as KMB. I dont have any A/c on that bank. Kindly Refund the Amount to My City Union Bank.

      Amount Credited under same account fro Amount debited while booking. Make sure you done payment through Which Bank.
