How to Check your Cancelled or Failed E-Ticket Refund Process/Status from IRCTC website?

How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    I have booked ticket from my UCO bank rupay card it showing refund of amount to Kotak Mahindra bank.
    I have cancelled ticket on 24 of January till I can’t get any amount please help.
    Please check this and help me out.

    1. Not Possible, Because refund Amount Credited in Same debited account. Please Once Check again. For details you may send email to irctc through your registered email Account.

    I have cancelled 2 tickets from different PNR partially on 19/01/2017 having PNR number
    2125619917 and 6159287094 respectively.
    However I received the refund of ₹765 on 25/01/2017 having reference number 210117(source reflected in my bank statement).
    But the concern is the refunded amount is for one ticket I haven’t received my refund of 2nd ticket till now i.e. 29/01/2017.

    I got a message that my e-ticket has been cancelled and the amount has been refunded to your bank. Even on the IRCTC website the status is refunded, however have not received the amount till now. What should i do ?

    1. As it will 2-4 Working Days to show in Transaction history, Also depend on Bank sometime take some more days. But It’s auto Process the amount refunded in Same account once Cancelled.

  7. My ticket not booked but money was deducted from my account. On 26 dec 2016. Till than my money doesnot refunded by irctc

  8. I booked two tickets on 18nth jan 2017 as transaction id’s are 100000718302443,100000718302438. A sum of 2117 has been deducted from my account but they show transaction failed. They did not even reinburshed my money ,its been more than 5 days. I dont know what i do to return my money. Please help me rgarding this

  9. I have cancelled the e-ticket with Transaction Id-100000667785311,100000667414680,100000667326005 on 13th January,2017. I have checked in the refund history its showing that the amount is refunded on 17th January,2017 but till now i haven’t received the refund amount in my account.   10. I booked a ticket and cancelled it last Saturday. I booked the ticket on the old irctc app. Now when I see the refund history my ticket doesn’t appear there ..My transaction is listed in old transaction history and I don’t yet get any refund.i canceled my return ticket and got the refund but no refund for this. I cancelled them at the same time. Please help me .

    Cancel Date 29-Dec-2016
    Booking Date -23-Dec-2016

    However till date refund has not been credited to my bank, also IRCTC site says refunded amount with refund date on 02/01/2016.

    1. Refund Done Automatically After Cancellation it will Take 2-4 Working days and credited on Same Account of debit.
      Check properly. For more details send email to irctc through registered email ID.

    1. Don’t Worry Auto Credit on same bank account within 2-4 Working Days…. You may also track the refund status under y Transaction.
