In sleeper class there are problem of with genral passangers they start sitting in sleeper class n if some one try to stop them they start fighting at present i am facing this problem i suggested there should be a police man or a gurad always n sleper class
On 5th July 2017 , through internet I booked two railway e- tickets from Sealdah to New Delhi and from New Delhi to Udaipur and payment was successfully done through HDFC debit card for Rs 4226 (Ref no–171868136631) and Of Rs 1576 (Ref no— 171868151630). Although the amounts were deducted from my account , till date I did not receive any ticket from IRCTC. I have checked “Booked Ticket History” and no mail received till date from IRCTC. Please refund the amount

i had booked my tickets for my mom nd my brother …in shaheed express on 16 april ..but that train has been cancelled…they said money will be refunded but today is 25 april..please tell me what to do

Its really fraudulent that ppl keep calling at need of help and turn out red faced without any help from railway police

Bougies meant for ladies are never respected.
Men not only board the train but misbehave and indulge in fight if asked to leave seats

No One picking call in 138. Any alternate way to address the issue.

No water in toilet since long time. Viziawada also 20min stop, there also they didn’t fill water. Searching for coach supervisor and failed. Passengers are suffering a lot and forced to purchase drinking water to use in toilet.

19-4-2017 slerpercoach se me indore se jabalpur aya tha. Jabalpur station par slerpercoach ka waiting room bana rakha he waha par letrin aur bathroom jo rate de rakhe. Letrin Rs.2 aur Nahane ke Rs.3 eska yaha board bhi laga rakha hai.
Lekin yaha jabran vasuli ki ja rahi hai yatriyon se yaha letrin aur nahane ke Rs. 10 rupaye liyae ja rahe he..

I would like to inform you that i had booked my railway ticket from New Delhi to Allahabad .My ticket was not confirmed .So i want to know there is some changing in a rule of raliway regarding conformation of seat, Will i get the seat in another train .Kindly revert the mail as soon as possible.

I booked 2nd AC ticket for My mother Senior Citizen with PNR 8158226095 from Surat to Chandigarh in Paschim Express DOJ 14-04-2017 . while few seats were available she was not alloted RAC or Confirm Ticket during journey by reaching Baroda, Ratlam and journey ahead till now night at 2:00 am.
TTE from Mumbai to Ratlam and TTE from Ratlam later on sold seat No 28 to another passanger without booking, taking bribes from other passenger. Whether railway prefers to give seat with priority to Sr. Citizen or not.. TTE from Ratlam also said me to sit quitely or else drop down.

0n 139 no no any authority to receive calling. I have booked ticket from kurduvadi to pune by credit card. Transition done sussessfully but there is no any sms for ticket confirmation. My money has deducted from my account. So my money will refunded my account or there is any claim required suggest me.
Railway helpline no 182 is really very efficient i personally felt very oblighed using their service as i had forgotten my important document bag in one train as soon as i called them and informed they found it in an hours tym and reverted immediately. Heart felt thanks for the full team i am really greatful and happy that such an iniciative has been taken like 182 helpline. Apki salute ko salaam hai.

I am from Delhi. I tride to book tickets in punjab mail for my parents as a surprise trip for them. 1st transaction was successful however, i had to cancel the dame immediately n got to know that cancelled amount 2800 will be rrfunded in two days. I tried once again and that tym transaction was failed however INR 3260 has been deducted from my account. I hace no transaction histpry n pnr number to show for it.. its been almost a week I am trying to reach u people out.. i have trie every contact number an mailed you people several times.. still there is no respoNSE from your end. I hope if someone reads this will revert with my refund money not a sympathetic reply

As per Rules Refunds Take 2-4 Working Days, Sometime Take 1-2 More days to reflect in Banking Transactions.
May be Refunds Delay due to Financial Year Ending and Busy Banking Days. Don’t Worry you Will Get Both Amount in Same Bank Account. Wait for Some 1-2 more working days.

There is guy saying that he is a advocate, in seat 14 , B1 , train 12817, travelling r8 now . He is teasing a girl who is alone in his compartment from origin , he is clicking pics and say bad word to her .. ..
That girl is feeling so uneasy and that guy is laughing at her with his frnd making joke on her..
.. due to these guys girls are fearing to travel alone in trains .. .. these guys should be punished in train only ..
He is saying that I m a advocate .. he is proud to do wrong with that girl

Hi, My wife and my son is traveling through train number 22954 Gujarat express. Train is currently stop at Udhana station. Now its almost one hour at Udhana station and not started yet. Let me know what’s going on? How much time it will take to start.
Train no. 14005 is standing at Allahabad Jn but railway enquiry website spot ur train is showing that it left station at 19:45 and now time is 20:17. This train is running late by 24hrs.
