Railways generate 8 lac days employment opportunity for migrants
As per PTI News Press Released Railways to generate 8 lac mandays of employment opportunity for migrants and others in infrastructure projects worth Rs 1800 Crores in next 125 days till 31st October, 2020.
रेल मंत्रालय गरीब कल्याण रोज़गार अभियान ’की प्रगति की समीक्षा 6 राज्यों में 116 जिलों में लागू कर रहा है। रेलवे जोन और रेल सार्वजनिक उपक्रमों ने गरीब कल्याण रोज़गार अभियान की प्रगति के बारे में समीक्षा बैठक में भाग लिया। रेलवे सभी 116 जिलों और राज्य स्तर पर नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त करेगा.
This Abhiyaan of 125 days, will work in mission mode, will involve focused implementation of various categories of works/ activities in 116 districts, each with a large concentration of returnee migrant workers in 6 states of Bihar, Uttar Pradesh,
Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand and Odisha.
