  this is the whole status :
  S# Select Transaction ID Booking Id Date,Time For Check In Current Reservation Status Current Payment Status Booked On
  1 0001660189 0 11-Jan-2016 Not Booked Settlement Requested 04-Jan-2016

  I tried 2 to 3 times on 1st time it failed 2nd time Settlement Requested status appeared and final time money transferred from my account and this is the status.
  Even I cant see the history even I cant select the transaction id to print ticket.. plz help..

    For this kind of problem Please check your Booking History or Email at retiringroom@irctc.co.in or call at 1800110139 during General Timing.

    Please Must Ready your Debit amount, Transaction ID etc details in email or while Call…

  I was trying to book a dormitory room in Vishakhapatnam with my pnr no.i did the payment by card and money transferred from my account.after that no conformation msg came and in booking area the status is Settlement Requested. what should I do??? please help..

  Hi i want to book a retiring room in allahabad junction for 22nd Jan to 23rd Jan, i log into website : http://www.irctctourism.com/ there i filled all the details and selected rooms as well, but the webpage is not showing any further things like No booking TAB is shown login window is also not getting pop-up. can you help in booking the retiring room, as was unable to book it.

    The Slot of Booking 8 AM to 8 PM or 8 PM to 8 AM 12 Hrs OR 8 AM to 8AM 24 Hrs. For availability of retiring room please check with your valid PNR…

    As i can check double Bad Room available on 23rd Dec between 8 AM to 8 PM. Batter booked Dormitory Which also good choice for Signal Passenger it’s available for all day…

    Depend on you which type room you choose………Also it’s depend on city/state Railway Rules. So the amount can be different while booking…….

    Dormitory Room Non AC Rs 75
    Signal Bedroom Non AC Rs 150 and AC Rs 300
    Double Bad Room Rs 300 and Rs 600 for AC.

    Amount Can be grater or lower as per city/state/Station T&C

    Book with different timing rooms. Two slots booking available 8 AM to 8PM and 8 PM to 8 AM. Please choose one them which was more suitable as per your travel planning.

We need a non a/c 5 bedded retiring room for 4th Full day or half day still not decided.. I am unable to book the retiring room via online as getting some page not reachable error.

    Your Destination Station Dhupguri DQG and as i can check currently there is Ordinary/Non AC Double Bad Room available at Dhupguri railway station. Amount Rs 120 for 24 Hrs.

    As your booking Upto Dhupguri, You can not book retiring room at NJP. You may contact Retiring Room Person for more details Contact details available here.
