Currently, the Railways provides a quota of two sleeper class tickets per train for the differently-abled, which could be booked only physically from any booking window. The online option has gone live from Thursday. Now, passengers only need to give details of the ‘Handicap Card’ number while booking the e-ticket, which will be verified by the TTE after boarding the train. The type of concession – ‘Escort’ or ‘Handicap’ can also be mentioned. Earlier, disabled persons could not avail concession while booking e-tickets. (newindianexpress.com)

Apply Online for Divyangjan photo identity card

For Offline Application
Divyangjan passengers may approach dedicated counters in Concessional Cell at Divisional Railway Manager’s office with required documents to obtain the photo identity card issued from there.
Note: As many Users asking me that they send application but no Reply even after over several months. Friends if you found that the authority not Replying/Listening You may Compliment to Railway Ministry @RailMinIndia through Twitter for quick Reply/Action.
It may be possible, you are not entering card no in proper format, if it is right then you approach to card issuing office(DRM office) and ask them to feed the card details in IR computer system.

Irctc par jab dekhte h handicap qouta me ticket to only sleeper class and 3Ac class ki ticket available batati hai or 2ac or 1ac ke dekhte hai to not available dekhati hai jab ki likha gaya h concession me ki SL or 3ac me 75% or Firct ac and Second ac me 50% hai but Ticket show q ji hoti uska kya karan h koi ko plz pata ho to help karna handicap ki

The last two columns are inactive and I unable to proceed for online ticket booking in orgy.co.in using my login I’d and password.Can you please help who will activate this.After getting photo I’d card from railway still going to booking counter to book reservations.Pls help me.Thanks.
To enable last column must select divyang and then proceed for Booking.

Two pp size photo, Handicap certificate issued by Chief Medical Officer of your district, Rail concession Certificate in new proforma, issued by Govt, Hospital, Proof
Of date of birth and proof of Address Aadhaar Card Pan Card. With these documents
Contact Chief Commercial Manager of of DRM office of your Railway Station concerned. After proper verification of your documents if found correct will issue concession card.

For that you need to Contact IRCTC Helpline an Ask Them.

For that you need Concession Identity Card with Number Issued by Indian Railway.
Vicky, u can reserve online tickets through IRCTC. If You have photo ID card
Issued by Concerned DRM office by CCM.

MY HANDICAP CARD NUMBER IS NCRCNB4312, WHILE BOOKING TICKET IRCTC ERROR IS COMING THAT NO DATA FOUND FOR THIS CARD NUMBER , CAN U TELL ME HOW TO USE THIS CARD, I AM ENTERING ALL THE DETAILS CORRECT BUY CAN NOT BOOK .
Your card no should NCCNB4312 or NCCNB04312 try both one should be applied.
