How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    hi , i have booked a takal ticket on march 5th 2018. In failed transaction history option, i can see the transaction details like payment failed and reservation status not booked. Till now the money is not refunded. 7 days completed.

      Count Only Working Days, Also you may track your refund Process. Once Status Refunded means Process done from IRCTC and depend on Bank you will Get Refund Anytime.

    In Refund Status it reflecting REFUNDED on given date but the amount did not got credited in my Account yet.

      As status shown refunded on Given Dates mean Process one from IRCTC Site and Now depend on Bank you will Get Refund Anytime Normally it will also take 1-4 Working Days.

      Please check the Refunded Date, Once status Refunded means refund process done from irctc site. You may get refund anytime once status refunded normally take 1-3 Working Days.

    Hi, I tried to book tatkal ticket one on 28/02/2018 and one on 04/03/18 during payment my money was deducted but on IRCTC it got failed due to unavailability of seat, so I’m looking forward to get refund for this transaction.
    on IRCTC it showed me in my ticket refund history refund status – REFUNDED for one on 03/03/18 and one on 06/03/18, Bank Name – PAYTMDSK & KMB. But I’ve not received any payment in my bank account. What should I do? Please help me to refund my deducted amount.

      Amount Debited but ticket not booked, No need to worry you will get 100% refund amount within 5-10 Working Days. You May check train refund status through your irctc account.

    i bokked my ticket from new delhi to allahabad in duronto express but the transaction was failed and money was deducted from the bank.it still not refunded. kindly refund it as soon as possible. the transaction id is 100001155238363

      As status Shows Refunded you will Get Refund very Soon also depend on Bank, Normally Take 1-4 Working Days.

    i have tried to book ticket using irctc app. But i have’t got done with my booking and the amount of money has been reducted from my saving account. Pleases help me regarding this asap.       You mean Amount Debited but Ticket Not Booked in this Case 100% Amount Refund with the same Bank Account. It will take minimum 7 Working Days.

    Hi, I tried to book tatkal ticket on 27/02/2018 and during payment my money was deducted but on IRCTC app i got connection timeout error, so i have not get any reserved seat I’m looking forward to get refund for this transaction.
    Your app showed me in my ticket refund history Transaction Id – 10000117331499118192 and refund status –
    REFUNDED, Bank Name – PAYTM M. But I’ve not received any payment in my bank account or Paytm Account/Wallet. What should I do? Please help me to refund my deducted amount.

      As status shows Refunded means refunds done from IRCTC Site and You will get refund very soon, it’s also depend on Banks normally take 2-4 Working Days.

      Cancelled Train Ticket Refund as per Rules Take minimum 7 Working Days. No need to Worry just keep check the transaction status, Once Transaction Status shows Refunded means you will Get refund very Soon.

      No need to do anything more.

      Amount debit but ticket not booked. It’s Common System Failure Issue, you will get Automatic 100% Refund.
      Check transaction and Make sure Transaction was Failed.

    My train was cancelled and the e ticket was automatically cancelled by irctc now when I checked the status of refund it shows refunded but I haven’t received the amount yet .

    I tried to book an air ticket on ur site but my ticket was not booked but my money was deducted the reason was that the air fares become more and i was told to that i have to pay an additional amount o 2395 which i made but unfortunately the second tranasation took too much time and your server has canceled my ticket. I have received my first instalment as refund but i havent got my refund of my second payment as yet . Its been over 1month and i tried to contact through your helpline number but i didnt got any proper response from any of them.

      Make Sure your transaction Failed, Check the status and If found transaction failed Ticket not Booked then no need to worry 100% Amount refunded back to your account within 1-2 Working Week.

    how much maximum time take the IRCTC to refund our money back to our account while using our personal id. or as well as direct cancellation done from IRCTC.

    Dear Indian Rail Team.

    I was trying to book tickets Bandra to Chandigarh tickets.but not able to book the tickets. problem is that amount is detected from my account 3 time .but tickets is not booked.

      Amount deducted but ticket Not booked, Must Check once all Transaction again After Sometime and Sure Ticket was Not Booked.

      No need to worry, You will get 100% Refunds with the same account, It will take minimum 7 Working Days as per Refund Rules.
