How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?
IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems
Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.
Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.
1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:
2) Click on My Transaction Option.
3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.
4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.
OR
Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

Paisa kat Gaya per Ticket book nahi hua, Koi baat nahi pura vapis aajayega. Aap ko kuch karne ki jaroorat nahi bas acchec se check karle ke kahi transaction success to nahi hua.
Aur Jo Cancel Hua hain Wo bhi 7 Working Days ke baad yani 16 January tak refund ho jayega aisi aasa hain.

You mean you Cancelled Ticket on 18 December and Still Amount Not Refunded, Kindly check your bank transaction carefully and If Not found then send Email to care@irctc.co.in, etickets@irctc.co.in with Transaction details through your registered email ID.
I was booking a ticket but twice the transaction failed and the money was deducted from my bank account . It is showing that the transaction failed. Is of 28/01/2018
We have booked the tickets from Kottayam to BZA for KOBRA Express (22648) booking date is 17 sept 2017 . but for tickets status on journey date is waiting list 7,8,9,10,11,12,13. so we have not travelled on that train. the tickets got cancelled automatically. but we did not get any refund amount . we have paid the 3240.

Once Ticket Got Auto cancelled Customer Get SMS of Refunded Amount or Can Check anytime Under IRCTC Account Booking Transactions.
Once you found the refunded Amount Fin Match with your Bank Account Transaction and If Still you not Found the Refund then Follow Below Process.
Send Email with Transaction details through your Registered Email ID to etickets@irctc.co.in, care@irctc.co.in After Email you will Get Quick Reference Number Reply. To Get Complete details IRCTC Reply may Take 2-3 Working Weeks.

I booked two tickets on 21st of January 2018, while making the payment the box showed transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my bank a/c. I still haven’t received my refund and there is no refund status available for the failed transaction.

hi i am ramakanta sethy.i had booked a tatkal ticket for train no 12887 .from kgp to bhubaneswar .this moment my ticket was wating no 7.but before train depature from current destination i was cancelled my ticket. there was some sms come to my cellphone ur ticket was cancelled and amount Rs 355 will be refund ur account. but now there is no amount credited in my account. pnr no-661058658. so i request refund my amt as soon as possible this is my request to centeral gov of india .
As per Rules Refunds take minimum 7 working Days.
I tried to book the ticket (tatkal)on 19-01-2018.but it was failed but money was debited from my account Rs 440.irctc did not send me any type of message about refund date and my transaction I’d is not showing in the recent transactions.so please provide me the solution…

I booked a ticket online for 02-Jan from New Delhi to Durgapur.
The train got cancelled due to fog from Agra to Durgapur but my ticket status is still showing confirmed and money is not refunded.

I had booked my ticket from IRCTC on 16.01.2018. Ticket was not booked but money had been deducted from my account. As Status Refunded Means Process done from IRCTC Site, Now Depend on Bank to reflect transaction under Account.

I tried to book ticket on 04/01/2018. But Everytime I tried there was payment failure error. Due to which I couldn’t book the ticket. Also on 2of those occasions money was deducted from my bank account. On the failed transactions page it is showing that the transaction failed. I made an rti to IRCTC demanding the status of my money. They gave the reply that transaction failure occurred and hence money is not with irctc. After 14 days of wait the amount is still not credited back to my account.
Any solution to this will be highly appreciated. Thanks
Just Check the Failed Transaction Status through login to your IRCTC Account and If Status Shows Refunded means Refund Process done from IRCTC. After that Depend on Bank anytime time Money reflect under Transaction.

This is piyush actually I had made the Payment with Canara Bank ATM card but it’s showing that the refund is made in paytmsdk. Here I dint got my refund in my bank and as it said paytm I dint got there also it’s been 17 days of cancellation. I request u to say a solution for this
