How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    e-ticket cancelled on 19 Dec and status is showing as Cancelled and Refund Status shows as “SEND TO BANK” but Refund date is blank and not received the refund yet in my bank account. Please help where to contact or, what to do ?

    Same happen for one more cancelled ticket for date 7 jan, please help.

      Normally Refunds Process are Fully Auto, May Take Minimum 7 Working Days and then another depend on Bank another some working Days 4-7 etc.

      As Status shown Send to Bank indicate still the refund process not complete from IRCTC. My Suggestion wait few more working Days Or you have another option to send email to Care with Same registered email ID But Practically it will take 2-3 Week to Get Complete response from IRCTC.

    My transaction I’d is SB498800 Dt. 12/01/2018 and transactions description is VIN/IRCTC /20180112110426/0 Rs 460
    Ticket is not booked
    Not received refund

      Well Refunds take 7 Minimum Working Days, After that Check the status of your Transaction.

    i had cancelled one ticket on 13th dec but still i have not gotten my refunded amount in my account. irctc status is showing that amount is refunded but its already 28 days but still i have not gotten my refunded amount in my account. Pls refund my amount..

    Hi I’m vivek and had cancelled my waiting tickets 6 seats doj 7 jan 2018 PNR no. 2821821930 traction amt deducted rs 1950 from my account through Sbi Bank till the sate 12jan 2018 I didn’t get any refund amt in my account kind do as possible to refund my amt as im widow and no source of income as a request refund my amt as soon as possible this is my request to central government of India. Else I have to go court.

      Maam’m Cancellation Refund was Fully Automatic, Once Check the Transaction Status.

      If Status Shows Refunded means process done from IRCTC and depend on Bank you will Get Refund anytime within 3-4 Working Days.

    My tatkal waiting list ticket 30th December and was automatically cancelled and got message from IRCTC that ticket refun within 3-4 days and status shown refunded but till now nothing is refunded in my account.
    Pls pls help me

    Pls refer to below message from IRCTC

    ( PNR 4239849274 ticket cancelled, Amt 450 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. Please check your account/instrument from which this tkt was booked. )

      As Status shows Refunded means Refunds done from IRCTC Site. Now depend on Bank any time reflect under your transaction normally take 3-4 Working Days.

    i had cancelled two tickets on 16th dec but still i have not gotten my refunded amount in my account. irctc status is showing that irctc sent refunded amount to icici bank but its already 25 days but still i have not gotten my refunded amount in my account.           Exactly All process are Auto So, Have no Idea Why sometime it will take too much time.
          As IRCTC Transaction Status Shows Refunded means process done from IRCTC. Now it’s Depend on Bank to take time to reflect under transactions, Can be happen anytime. Practically it’s also take 3-5 Working Days.

            Thank You. However for the PNRs which i have shared, it has the refund status as “Sent to Bank” but when i checked with Bank they have not received any such information from IRCTC.

            So i am wondering that there could be some issue in IRCTC refund processing.

              Means Refund Process not yet complete from IRCTC.

              Practically as Other Users also concern on same topic we found Refunds taking too many more days.

              Practically the best way to wait for the refund, May be due to High Traffic or etc reasons behind refunds delay. You may also contact to IRCTC Via Phone and Email.

    i had cancelled two tickets on 24th dec and 27th dec but still i have not gotten my refunded amount in my account. irctc status is showing that irctc sent refunded amount to icici bank but its already 14-15 days but still i have not gotten my refunded amount in my account.       As IRCTC Transaction Status Shows Refunded means process done from IRCTC. Now it’s Depend on Bank to take time to reflect under transactions. Practically it’s also take 3-5 Working Days.

      You booked Single PNR with 3 Person which 2 was Waiting Till Chart Final, and One Confirmed.

      As above Type Ticket Called Partial Confirmed and in this Case Passenger need to Cancel Ticket yourself, Because Auto cancel only for Fully PNR Waiting Tickets Only.

    I cancelled a ticket on 21/12/2017 and the amount is still not credited back to my account. The status is showing as refunded on the website (www.irctc.co.in) and the date is 25/12/2017. The time it has taken is abnormally high and I have no clue on whom to approach. The cancellation ID is 100000206078638 in case if it helps.
