How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    i just booked a ticket via irctc app.But i didn’t get that ticket and the amount deduct from my account . I just used mvisa(IRTC LTD BHARATQR) for the transactions.I have the reference number and id. What can i do.

      Means You Transaction Failed then no need to do anything Just check your last transaction perfectly and make sure transaction not successful and Ticket Not Booked.

      Refunds Take 7 Working Days from IRCTC Site, Check the Transaction Status again after 7 Working Days.

      Refunds take 7 Working days from IRCTC Site. After Refunded from IRCTC Site, Depend on Banks also Take 4-5 Working days.

      Practically 12-14 Working Days (Except Saturday,Sunday,Holidays).

    I didn’t get any transaction id from irctc while I booked for tatal ticket, but amount was deduced from my account. And I have transaction referance no. From my bank, what to do…? Whether it will refund or what else I wanna do

      No need to Do anything, You Can Check every Transaction Details No Matter Transaction Success or Failed.
      Check you IRCTC Account Failed Transaction Status.

    Hi team,

    Am looking forward your help badly.

    My PNR Number is : 8264708790

    Under this PNR, I have cancelled one of the traveler ticket and refund amount is shown as Rs 275/- on 17th of Dec 2017.

    I have not received refund amount yet(today date is 29th Dec 2017, It almost 13 days from the date of cancellation).

    I have raised the complaint in customer care as well and ticket id is :- 7604952.

    But no response from IRCTC. I tried to contact customer care but as usual it is busy always.

    On the same PNR i have canceled two more tickets as well on 26th of December 2017 and waiting for the refund amount. Please do the needful and let me know the status of the same.

      Refunds Process are Fully Auto. As Holiday Weeks may more Delay your Refund.
      Refunds take 7 Working days from IRCTC Site. After Refunded Status from IRCTC Site, Depend on Banks also Take 4-5 Working days.

      Practically 12-14 Working Days (Except Saturday,Sunday,Holidays).

      Please Check What was the Status means Booked or Failed, many times Ticket book but we unable to Find Ticket under Booking History. But we Can verify that Booking was Done or Not, Just After Login in Middle Page Last Transaction Details.

    I tried to booked E-ticket (Premium Tatkal) through IRCTC on 09.12.2017 from Raiganj (RGJ) to Kolkata (KOAA)
    by Radhikapur express (13146) twice,but failed to booked two time and money was debited from my account .
    Noted that my transaction id is 100001079124171 and second attempt transaction id is 100001079115335.
    Sorry to say money was not refund till today,also informing you that customer care is not picking up the phone.
    What should i do now ?

      Keep Calm, Just Check the Status of Both Failed Transaction, If Found Refunded it means Very Soon you will Get the Refund.
      Refunds Take 7 Working Days from IRCTC and Some more working Days Depend on Bank through Bank Side.

    I cancelled my ticket on 21 December and It’s been a week I have not received the refund amount. Please look into this matter and do the needful.

      No need to do anything, Check the IRCTC Cancelled Ticket Status on Next Week. Refund Take 7 Working Days from IRCTC and Another Some Working Days from Bank Side.

    My PNR number is 8700524881. I had booked train Tickets for 2 persons in Jan Shathabdi from Nashik to Auranagabad for 26-12-17.Dep at 17.10 hrs. Tha amount is Rs. 120*2=240/- It was on waiting list even after the chart was prepared. I re-checked at 2300 hrs also it still showed on waiting list. Today I have received a message saying that my ticket has been cancelled and a refund of Rs.120 will be credited to my account. Why is 50% deducted when my tickets were on waiting list and not confirmed. I have the snapshots to support. Kindly let me know the reason.

    I tried to book my air tickets through irctc on 13/12/2017 thrice but failed to book all the time and money was debited from the account but money was not returned till 26/12/2017.customer care is not picking up the phone.what should i do?

    I was cancelled 7 tickets through irctc due to some exegesis of service. But only 3 was refunded till date. I was booked through my account and my wife account. From My wife’s account four I reserved . Three are refunded. But from my account and one from my account still showing refunded and not credited since 9 days. In bank details it shows KMB. 3 refunded are credited in my PNB account. Please clarify. One account ID is RANJITHkm and other is Ligiranjit and registered mobile number is 9495622760 and 9645137901 respectively. I was clarification through my email address ranjithligi@gmail.com. still no reply

      As Status Shows Refunded means Refund Done from IRCTC Site and Now under Process or etc from Bank Side. Hope you Can Check the Credit Transaction under your Account within 2-4 Days.

    Hi I have few questions can you please help to clear my doubts..
    1. I have booked tatkal ticket via IRCTC but it went to waiting list and the ticket does not confirmed. According to the notes in IRCTC the ticket has to get cancelled after the train departs,but it didn’t happened till now. I tried to cancel the ticket but it tells me that you wont get any refund. What is the next step do i need to follow. ?

    I have a ticket booked for normal reservation from IRCTC and got a waiting list and ticket did not confirmed. T.C told me that the ticket will cancelled automatically and he charged me with 500 for my travel. But i checked the status in IRCTC it shows that the train has been departed.
    Please explain me what i have to do..?

      Once Status Change and Found Refunded means Processed work done from IRCTC Site.

      Well Wait till next Week and If Still nothing happen then Send email through your registered Email to IRCTC. After Email you will Get Quick reply with ticket number and After 1-2 week you will get another reply with Complete details.

    I cancelled my railway reservation ticket PNR 8662853437 from Pune to Lucknow dated 08/12/2017 on23/10/2017 at Badshahnagar Lucknow reservation counter as ticket was booked using debit card of SBI Bank no refund amount was given to me by counter person told me that your refund amount come in my account though more than 50days passed away no refund amount come in my account

    I cancelled my E ticket on 8 Dec 2017. But I still not receive refund of my cancelled E ticket with PNR No. 8365004657.
    When i checked refund status in IRCTC website it shown money refunded on 12 Dec 2017. But i still not received money in my SBI account. Plz revert soon. Thanks.
