How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?
IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems
Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.
Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.
1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:
2) Click on My Transaction Option.
3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.
4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.
OR
Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

on refund status it is showing refunded but I haven’t received the refunded amount. I tried calling the customer care but the number is not reachable.
From the Date of showing under irctc status After that It will take approx 3-5 Working Days to reflect under your banking Transaction.

Hi I cancelled my ticket from KPG to NZM . The cancellation Id is:100000178547135. I had made payment through HDFC Bank debit card but in the refund status the bank is showing as PAYTMSDK. The refund status is shown as sent to bank.But I have not recieved it in my account. I had booked the ticket through IRCTC connect app.
I cancel my ticket on 09/08/2017 . irctc shows refund date 19/08/2017 but still money not credit in my account

Hi, its been more than 10 days i have not received my refund amount. I tried to contact IRCTC helpline number from last 2 days but they are not picking my call.
IRCTC Refunds Take Approx 5-7 Days (Exclude Saturday, Sunday, Holidays).
If After this Still You Will Not Get Refund Wait 2-4 More days as in Festival Season Take Few More days to Reflect under Banking Transactions.
After waiting period Also Batter to communicate by Send email to care@irctc.co.in through your Registered Email ID with Transaction details.

How they refund without knowing our account number
IRCTC Refund will be returned in the same account which has booked the ticket.

I had cancelled a ticket on 19th July 2017 but I haven’treceived the refund yet.
On communicating with care@irctc.co.in I got the reply that the money has been refunded on 20th itself. But when I checked my bank statement I got to know that there is no refund credited in my account.
After that I again sent mail to care@irctc.co.in. Mr Mahesh (customer care executive) replied to my email saying that I should send my bank statement from the date of booking to till date in PDF format. I sent the same but even then no necessary action has been taken and I ( like a stupid man ) am waiting for my money to be refunded. In between I have sent around 50 mails till date but the results are zero.
What should I do now? Where should I complain? I am so frustrated.
As You already Send Replied of Email Received by IRCTC Care Team, Now Wait for the Reply also Keep Check the Transaction within Every 1-2 Days. As each Email are Recorded replied with best Solution. i am Sure will Get Next Reply With Complete/Required details Soon. And Yes as Users Experienced IRCTC Team Email Taking quit Long Time.
According to users, IRCTC care takes longer time to respond to email.

On cancellation of ticket booked for journey date 22.07.2017 in Chennai express (22640)pnr no. 4433535817 from erode to avadi, transaction id , 100000896115471,irctc is showing that rupees 290 has been refunded to bank paytmsdk. But the amount has not been credited to my bank account yet. Refund date is showing as per irctc 10.06.2017. Let me know the reason for this inconvenience.
As Per Refund Status the Refunds already initiated. Check your Transaction One More Time Carefully.

I am writing to you about cancellation of my e ticket. I have spoken to IRCTC customer care executives many times, but I have not received any positive feedback from your side. Amount of Rs.3140 is to be received against cancellation of tickets against PNR no.2713971733 on 1st July 2017. I have attached statement of my bank account and mailed it to care@irctc.in multiple times. After all this I have not got even 1 reply except for auto generated mails.
Please do the needful at the earliest as it’s been almost 20 days since cancellation of tickets. Please guide me as to what should I do.

You may also track the status through your irctc account.
As you Already Send Emails to IRCTC (Hope the email send through registered Email ID Only) immediately IRCTC Reply with Ticket Number and Within 2-4 Days(Due to Workflow) they replied with Complete and more details.
In Short No need to Rush, You Will definitely get Reply and Refund through IRCTC.

What Was the last Status of Transaction? As Failed/Successful all type Transactions always with Some Status.
As you Have Ticket Number, Ask on Call to IRCTC Numbers and using Ticket Number.
