How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?
IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems
Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.
Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.
1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:
2) Click on My Transaction Option.
3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.
4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.
OR
Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

You mean Money debited but Ticket Not Book. Check the last transaction details and through you can Get Status of Refund also.
As rules It Auto Refund Take 2-4 Working Days. In Fail Transaction Case 100% Debit Amount credited to Same Account.
I booked train ticket using IRCTC but I cancelled it due to change in plans. Now the refund status is showing refunded to PAYTMAG. What does it mean? It has been refunded on 19th march but it’s 29th march today and it is not refunded in my bank account. What should I do? The refund amount is very high, i.e. , 4830/- Please help……

Well I’m not using paytm account then y the amount not yet refunded
same case happened with me. The refund status shows that it is refunded to PAYTMAG….but neither my bank A/c nor my PAYTM has been credited till date and it has already been more than 10 days of cancellation. i have sent mails to IRCTC….but did not get any reply…refund amount is 4500/- approx…..i am a bit worry….pls suggest…
Same problem happened to me. What is the solution. I have not booked ticket using PAYTM. I got my refund in PAYTMAG. We cant get our money easily. Poor service from IRCTC.

Sir, I have booked 5 tickets in rajdhani from bharuch to delhi. Due to rescheduled I gas cancel tickets. I have not getting refund in my account but in irctc account it’s show refunded.
As per Rules Auto Refunds done Within 2-4 Working Days from the date of cancellation. As you not mention date of cancellation here So assume you cancelled on 24th March then you will get Refunds Till 31st March 2017. Hop you understand.
Sometimes it will 1-2 More days to reflect in our banking transaction depend on banks.

Then again I book the ticket and cancel the ticket same day..so both transaction amount was refunded…so two ticket refund…wen it will cme my account

First Please confirm Following Points.
1) You Book Tickets through Paytm Website or
2) You Book Ticket from IRCTC using Paytm Payment Gateway/Wallet.
In Above both Case the Money Refunded to your Paytm Wallet/Account, For login your Paytm Account.
It will 1-2 more days as Paytm verify the refund and credit to relevant.

I received a text that the amount has already refunded in my account..however it showing in website PAYTMSDK..under bank name..but i made payment from my debit card.. still i didn’t received any money either in my bank or paytm account.. now it’s already passed 9 days..so now what shall I do..plz help me..
