How to Check your Cancelled or Failed E-Ticket Refund Process/Status from IRCTC website?

How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    For pnr no 4607128715, & cancelled transaction I’d. 100001911512093, e ticket cancelled due to not confirmed, but amount 1990/- not refund.from dt.15.07.19.

    1. Normally Refunds take 1-2 Week it’s also depend on Bank. You may also check the refund status using your your same IRCTC Account. For more follow the steps Given in the Article/Post.

    I have booked ticket from my UCO bank rupay card it showing refund of amount to Kotak Mahindra bank.
    I have cancelled ticket on 25 of June-19 till I can’t get any amount please help.

    1. Well While Booking you used Payment Gateway may Powered by Kotak, So no need to worry as Already over More then 2 Weeks, Check your Bank Statement Carefully for refund. If Still Not Get then Write email to etickets@irctc.co.in mention Transaction and PNR Details with attach your Bank Statement. After Email you will Get quick reply with Ticket ID it means they Open your Query and they Reply Soon with complete details.

    2. During booking tickets my internet connection failed and unable to book ticket but my money has deducted from the bank and in app I can’t see anything about this transaction. How can I get refund?

    1. This Can be Check through only from your IRCTC Account, Normally Refunds Take Minimum Week and or Maximum 2 Weeks But in case of TDR may Take Months.

      So, Check your Account as well as Payment Account Carefully and then if still found No refund then Give Comment again.

    Hi Sir,

    I have cancelled the ticket on 15th December 2018 from GAYA to ANVT. The cancelled amount is supposed to refund 375 rupees in my SBI account but still I am waiting for this amount.

    The details are as below:

    Train No – 12875
    Transaction Date – 14th December 2018
    Date of Journey : 15.12.2018, Cancelled Date :14.12.2018
    Total Refund Amount – 375.0
    Refund ID – 100000290257442
    Bank Name – PAYTM M

    The above refund amount not credited in my account till date. Please refund my cancellation amount as soon as possible in my account. Already too much late.

    1. As cancelled last Month, and as per rules refund take maximum 2-3 Weeks. Check Carefully your Bank Statement same bank which used while booking.

      Still No refund found Write email to care@irctc.co.in through only from your registered mail ID and Mention details with PNR and Cancellation details. After that within 1-2 Week you will get complete details reply about your transaction.
