When is this facility going to happen. We had been to see off a relative in Lokmanya Tilak Terminus

The scene for the Platform tickets were pathetic. There were serpentine queues running to thousands of people. Many wanted to break the queue and grab a platform ticket. Some clever ones were sending ladies to break the queue. There was one constable who was running from counter to counter trying to drive away the line-breakers.

I have never seen such an unorganized way of working.

They had initial system of just stamping a card which could send out a ticket in a second. Now they print each platform ticket which is at least 30-seconds. I hope some one hears the passengers ‘s prayers.
