How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    pls help! On the IRCTC website it is showing “Sent to bank”, but till date i have not received it in my bank account. The date of journey was 1-05-2017.

    I have not got refund amount for 3A class tickets which I booked via internet on 8th April 2017 for train departure on 04th May 2017(Tamil Nadu Express) and got RLWL 1 and 2 when the chart was prepared.
    What should I do ?? How to get my refund amount.

    I booked NDLS-SDAH Rajdhani Exp for 11th May and return on 24th May. Somehow the plan had been changed and I’d cancelled both the tickets on 5th of May. PNRs are 2231066578 & 6200938626. However, I didn’t get my refund yet. It’s already 7days past. I fetch your positive reply soon.

    I have tried booking tatkal ticket for Pothigai express on Monday , the payment was 1270rupees, I chose paytm option and the amount was taken but the ticket was not booked , it was unsuccessful. When will I get my money back

    I had cancelled on 26-4-2017 & refund date is 27-4-2017 in paytmskd but till now i disnt got my money back i had also send mail on care & e-ticket e mail id what should i do

    I book a E ticket using Paytm, ticket was on waiting list and not confirmed so it was cancelled and status showed refunded and bank name was RDS I don’t know what it is still not yet received money in my account

    I have cancelled my ticket and it is shown refunded in refund status in paytmag bank but it is not credited in my account. The refund amount is of Rs.980

    I tried to purchase two tatkal ticket from cstm to hwh on train number 12869 via the itctc website worth rs 940 each on 6th May 2017 through netbanking
    My bank account shows a debit of Rs 1892 (surprisingly by PAYTM and not by IRCTC), no ticket was booked yet it is showed as failed transaction in the irctc website.
    I have dropped in a mail with IRCTC to no avail. What should I do?

    Sir I’ve cancelled my tickets booked with a debit card via irctc on 05/05/2017 which was booked on 03/05/2017
    and still now the refund has not yet been transferred to my account…when I checked irctc it shows it’s been refunded to PAYTMAG… I don’t even have a paytm account. .. so please transfer the amount of Rs 5420 and 5420 ( includind return jorney) to the bank account I used for booking. .
    PNR no’s – 6401069980 and 4644289635
    Cancellation Id/ Refund Id – 100000158421103 and 100000158421108
    total amount – 10,840 rs …

    Please solve my problem as soon as possible

    Hello sir,
    I had cancelled a tkt from Palani to Kalyan on 28/04/2017 with PNR no. 4543419145 and cancellation. ID 100000156932179. The refund status shows that it is sent to bank but i enquired in bank,they said it has not been refunded.
    Its been more than 10 days,kindly take it into consideration.

    my refund status shows as sent to Bank
    and after insert the transaction id and transaction date in to search option it shows as refunded
    please confirm me what i do in this condition

    Sir/Madam,

    Four confirmed tickets (J1 88, J1 90, J1 97 and J3 55), PNR No. – 6700208094, were booked for Train – 12203, CC, NDLS-JUC scheduled at 2:10 pm on 18-04-2017 from New Delhi to Jalandhar. The train was late by around 4-5 hours. A TDR was filed well before time of departure of the train. Kindly update me with the status of TDR.

    I had booked a ticket in Tatkal 3-Tier A/c and got a W/L 6 ticket and when the chart was prepared my Ticket’s status still showed W/L 2. I had booked the ticket for May 2 2017 and yet haven’t got a refund on the ticket to My Bank Account. I had used Debit Card cum Pin method to make the payment.
    My Transaction ID is – 100000825198555
    PNR No. Is – 2711865630

    Could you please help me in getting my refund so that I can book another ticket to the same place as I have a few exams coming up.

    I booked a ticket from mumbai to nizamuddin on 20thvApril for travelling on 21st in Tatkal aland payment was made through my ICICI debit card.

    Ticket was not confirmed so it was cancelled

    The refund instead if crediting back in my ICICi bank was showed as refunded by paytmsdk.

    How do I get it in my account

    it is showing sent to bank status but the amount is not credited into my account and also it is not showing the refunded date.
