Dear Sir/Madam
My mother and law need to travel chennai to Coimbatore 6.15 train at Chennai central . we are located near velachery. Morning will reach 4.30 counter not yet open and platform gate as not opened. But train time is 4.50 .. After we shout a guy opened the ticket counter at 4.46 , we were around 10 people too most of then are senior citizens. The guy came and order to lift the counter shutter that to he not requested …. He ordered he not think about senior citizen. So we lift and get ticket … While providing ticket also he was taking very harshly.. Then I asked this they you response to public even for senior citizens . …. He replayed that yes this is the will do usually. This is one of the worst service person … Kindly take nessery action atleast you need to give warning.
