The salient features of CPGRAMS include:-

It is an integrated application enabling the Public Grievance Officers (PGOs) to register grievances received by post / hand also to monitor the grievances received from the Nodal Agency / Higher Authority o­nline.

Facilitates an automatic system generated Unique Registration Number upon the o­nline submission of the grievance by a citizen, which can be used for future reference.

Can be accessed by all stake holders through internet.

Provides information o­nline to the PGO of the concerned Ministry / Department / Govt. Organization o­n all the cases as and when they are forwarded it to them.

Helps generate need based monitoring enquiry reports for effective monitoring of pending grievance at various levels.

This system is flexible enough to be extended to multiple levels below as per the requirement of the concerned Ministry / Departments / Govt. Organizations are speedy forwarding and redress of a grievance.

Allows for SMS / Email alerts to citizens / PGOs.

Taking this initiative a significant step forward, the Department has recently launched a Mobile App for CPGRAMS, enabling faster access for citizens to lodge grievances o­n the public grievance portal.

Open the App after installation and access it

The Mobile App of CPGRAMS enables an aggrieved citizen to lodge a grievance, lodge reminder / clarification and also view status of their grievance lodge. Citizens can view the status anytime, anywhere using the Mobile App.
