Due to Covid-19 trains Cancelled Refunds Automatically No need User cancellation

IRCTC will grant full refund to those who have booked their train tickets for the regular passenger train journeys scheduled to have commenced between 1 July 2020 to 12 August 2020. Passengers do not have to file for online ticket cancellations.
IRCTC उन लोगों को पूरा रिफंड देगा, जिन्होंने 1 जुलाई 2020 से 12 अगस्त 2020 के बीच शुरू होने वाली नियमित यात्री ट्रेन यात्रा के लिए अपने ट्रेन टिकट बुक किए हैं। यात्रियों को ऑनलाइन टिकट रद्द करने के लिए फाइल करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
No cancellation required on the part of user. If user cancels his ticket, there are chances he may get less refund. Hence, passengers are advised not to cancel e- tickets on their own for those trains which have been cancelled by railways.
ई-टिकट की बुकिंग के लिए उपयोग किए जाने वाले उपयोगकर्ता खाते में स्वचालित रूप से रिफंड राशि जमा की जाएगी। ट्रेन रद्द होने की स्थिति में रेलवे द्वारा कोई शुल्क नहीं काटा जाता है
“Refund amount will be credited to the user account used for booking of e-tickets automatically. No charges are deducted by the railways in case of train cancellation.
रेलवे ने काउंटर टिकट रद्द करने के लिए 21 जून तक का समय तीन महीने बढ़ा दिया था।
Railways had extended to three months the time to cancel counter tickets till June 21.
