Pension Payment Order generated through ARPAN
Sri Radhey Shyam, General Manager, South Eastern Railway handed over settlement papers to 55 retiring officers and staff of S E Railway in a function held on 30/01/2015 at SER Headquarters, Garden Reach. For the first time, from the month of January 2015, the settlement process have been initiated on line through “ARPAN (Advance Railway Pension Access Network)”. The PPOs (Pension Payment Order) have also been generated through “ARPAN” and the settlement dues directly credited to the bank account of retirees electronically. All retirees have also given a brief case, a gold plated silver medal in recognition to rendering their services to the railway.

I am retired from CRly Pune. Still I did not get my new basic of pension and not recieved the arrears also.
I Retired on 31/01/2016 from N.E Railway. Izzat nagar Division Kannauj Railway station.
My P.P.O Issued on the basis of 6th Pay Commision .
P.P.O no. 20167040700055 Date 22/01/2016
I required new P.P.O On the basis of 7th Pay Commision.
My father retired from Kanchrapra, west Bengal railway workshop on 1994. In the revised pension order (PPO) his surname spelled wrongly. (Ghose instead of Ghosh). I cannot log in apran also. Please help.

Kindly issue revised PPO for all pre-2016 retired Railway pensioners through the respective pension drawing Banks, since certain pensioners who are frequently shifting residence from one area to other and staying in rented house.
Kindly implement the Railway Board letter No. 2016/AC-II/21/8 & RBA No.03/2017 dated 25/07/2017 and kindly fix revised pension on notional pay as per 7th CPC revised orders which is readily available in http://www.pensionersportal.gov.in in ready pension calculator for all pre-2016 Railway retired pensioners and do the needful please.
As per railway board instructions the respective SWR department still not issued revised PPO to pre 2016 retired railway pensioners, no action, no response from the respective divisions and also not granted revised pension as per 7th CPC on notional pay (only fixed pension by the CPPC of the respective Banks on the formula ie, 6th CPC basis pension multiple into 2.57 )
Kindly look into this matter & do needful please.

During the pension revision of pre- 2016 ,It is noticed that most of the PPO nos have not been uploaded in ARPAN . Kindly do needful as pensioners are complaining and asking information under RTI Act.

One of my friends’ PPO No. is 0106961585. He could not register in ARPAN. He gets a reply that the PPO number is not available.
