Login with your user id and password if you have booked with your registered user account. Follow the below Picture for login.
If you have booked with guest login then login with your Email id and Mobile no. Follow the below Picture for Guest login as look like same.
After login scroll down the page and select “Booked Ticket” option. Page Option Look like below Picture.
Then select “Retiring Room Booked Ticket Option”. Select your ticket which is to be Print and click on the cancel ticket option Page Option Look like below Picture.

For that you need to First Login and then check your booking History. For more details the retiring room officer Number Already Given on website.

I have booked retiring room for Indore, payment is also deducted but there was an error message shown on my computer screen now when I am trying again it shows that booking for this pnr already exist. After verifying the status of my payment it shows payment settelled. But no print option or no information about my bed number and doormetry no is shown

Go and check the Booking status First, For more details dial Retiring Officer Number.
Even after following the instructions to retrive the details of retiring room booked 3 days back, it was not possible to get it.
The page that opens, shows only option to book a retiring room. There is no option to cancel or view already booked rooms.
There is option for that, Check My Account Option Just Beside Retiring Room Menu.
While Booking First you need to Login then the search and Book process, all details also available on given email ID.
Hope you understand if not then Dial Retiring Room Officer Number or drop email for more and complete details.

I have booked retiring room for Varanasi ..payment also deducted but not showing in my id
please help me i have used sbi debit card and the transaction is failed, and also money deducted but i didn’t received any mail/msg regarding this, and now whenever i try to book again my room it shows the booking already exists in this pnr nmbr, And the portal is change now and above details is not available on new portal there is no my account section. where can i get this

On 15-4-2018 I booked a retiring room for 24-4-2018 at LJN Lucknow station. The payment was made through SBI Debit Card but due Online Reservation Error I could not get confirmation. Login again and get Printout or Called Retiring Officer.
Not able to login page. Shows some error and it reflects of session expire. It was irritating. I tried to book from another device then it shows booking exist for this PNR . Non of your ticket booking counter helping in this nor book off line.

My other problm is I am not able to book retiring room at new delhi station as my train terminates at nizamuddin station.This should be allowed to passenger.
Secondly.. I booked old delhi retiring room and I found it WORST ….as a capital station this is unacceptable.
I received email of retiring room booking at vadodara.Do I need to take printout of booking or this email is sufficient?
Please Take Printout, As per User Experience many time they refused to allow without Hard-copy. So Must Take printout With you.

No need to do anything just Check Failed Transaction status. It Will Take Minimum 7 Working Days.
