    I am in Coach A

    3 of train 12551 exp. Seat No 3 & 4The condition of bedroll and blanket is old, used and worn-out. The bedsheets are not packed. No hand towel.

    Hello IRCTC,

    This is Prakash from Bangalore, I was travelling from Bangalore to Guntkal on 17th June 2019, In Train no. 18464 Prashanti Express coach 17/06 Tea vendor behaved very rashly with us no politeness with customers, they look, ask & serve as rowdies in Trains..

    I request concerned authority to take saviour action with these vendors on trains, please teach them how to behave & service their duties and foods politely..

    all most with all passengers they are doing this..

    I request on behalf of all passengers to take proper action against these vendors & let passengers travel haply and safely..

    Train reservation coaches are filled with Un reserved people and trains of LTT express became old and Latrines are untidy no proper cleaning so please check out these if you want to change anything in trains….

    I’m travelling in Coach B3 of Train 12506 from Patliputra to NJP..
    I got a torn pillow & sticky bed-roll..
    Inspite of complaint to the Supply Staff & TTE of this Coach, they didn’t provide me a fresh one..
    They told that they only get these kind of Supply.. So, what could they do..??

    Indian Railways Govt. should take strict action against them..

    I’m travelling today in B3 of 12506 …
    I got a torn pillow here..
    I complained about it to this Coach Attendant & TTE ..
    The reply was that they couldn’t provide a fresh pillow & Bed-rolls..
    Indian railways Need to improve their services..

    I am travelling in coach B3 by Train 15654 from Gorakhpur to Guwahati. My PNR is 273798DaaE.
    Attander provided me very dirty bed roll.
    According to him he says that we get this type all bed roll

    On 22-12-2018. I am a 26 year old female. Travelling alone in trivandrum express.12695. from TUP to QLN- 425302aAbd I booked Ticket in online. And i my ticket was on waiting list. I was ready to pay fine as i had an emergency to reach home. When TC got to know that i am ready to pay fine. He asked for extra money. 420 he gave me a bill. He asked for 500 more without bill. Since i was not ready to pay. He threatened me that he will send me out of train in next station like 4.40 in early morning. I got scared. I dont know his name. But he was from kerala fair looking… bald and wearing specs..He checked my ticket in kottayam. Such TCs are shame. Ladies like me feel so unsafe…. if such bastards are miss using the opportunity
