    My pnr no 6618513334 , today my family travel by garib rath they charge bedroll but present time Railways told me bedroll short. I don’t why they charge for bedroll passengers suffered in train they always told sir bedroll short

    Complaint about agents and internal officer staff of Vartak nagar ticket window
    As on dated 19/10/2018 in the morning by 9.00 Am I my self personally went to take tatkal reservation ticket for my daughter at the nearest center of Vartak Nagar , however it was found after waiting for hour for ticket couter to open by 10 for AC tatkal suddenly some male agenmts started coming though there was no single person except me at reservation center at first floor nor at ground floor till 9 .55. after waiting at sitting at place made for sitting , I was shocked to see sudden commotion by 9.55 and it was seen that they were agents came for booking and did not allowed me to stand first in que though they came afterwards . they sidelined me from the first raw forcefully with shouting asked me to go back side of que saying they were in que since 7 in the morning and since night . To the more surprise one lady officer with heavily makeup came form inside counter office and started shouting at me saying to go back side in que further saying that though I was waiting since 9 sitting at first floor but did not qued at ground floor on road . so she willl not give ticket to me and forced me to go back side in que and she prioritised the ticket of agents asking ticket for kalyan to howara and other agent for Gorakhpur train .
    It was horrible to see and hear internal office staff trying to make way to agents in collusion trying to send me back in que .
    It was also found that there was no special ticket window for ladies nor for senior citizens further even after asking for giving priority to one and only ladies in between 10 -15 agents I was stranding there for hour said lady officer staff , she humiliated me in bad way and language with rough tone giving privileged way to help agents. Such mis behaviour of internal staff insulting ladies and helping agents and side-lining genuine ticket takers is not adorable .
    Because of it I was not able to get ticket in 3rd Ac or slipper class but unnecessarily needed to expend more to take ticket in 2nd AC as all tickets get booked for Bhubaneswar train and I was forced to pay 3150/- for single ticket such way .
    It has given realisation that vartak nagar reservation counter staff encouraging agents and if we want to take reservation ticket then by paying 300 /- to agents standing there we can get prioritise in que so that we can have reserved ticket at least to travel safely other wise we have to pay double the ticket charges or some time no ticket as we stand in que for hours but agents get priority with help of internal staff who helps them openly and humiliates ladies just to get little cuts in from agents.

    Please look in to the matter and take proper action so that harassment of others can be stopped at the hands of internal staff and agents and so that we can book our tickets genuinely in future .

    Dear sir i was travelling with my family on 18th July 2018 through Bangalore – Jhodapur Express (4 tickets in S1 seat no. 66 to 69). It was all well from Bangalore to Pune. But when the train arrived at Pune all the unreserved passengers boarded in the compartment and forcefully occupying the seats in reserved compartment so there was no rules & regulations. Means even after our paying more money and hardship we booked the ticket in tatkal and the passengers whose tickets were not confirmed they boarded in S1 compartment and harass us. These unathorised passengers were not only occupying the seats but they also placed there laguagge and sleep near the lavoratory or entrance hence the authorised passengers could not go toilet or otherwise they have to fight with them for going to toilet even. Nobody came to check the ticket after Pune or no police personnel was seen to stop such illegal events. So therecis no difference between valid reserved ticket holders and passengers without reserved tickets. Regards

    Railway Ministry Dept./ Authorized Officer of Indian Railway.

    Tremendous of Unauthorized, and without Reservation passengers are in Tapovan Express (17617). Travel for Nasik Road to Aurangabad station. Unable to get board in Train, and also to get seat had to stand more than 30 minutes. Even Unable to get move to Toilet that too surrounded by unauthorized passengers.

    In My 10 times of Travel in Tapovan Express, only one time Ticket checker was there, But he is also nothing doing about these illegal passengers.

    Pls. help us.

    Sir, I was charged Rs. 80 for 30 mins of Car Parking at Thane (east), Maharashtra Railway station premises by the parking contractor, which is the actual rate for 12hrs of parking as per the receipt given to me. When i protested that i want 1 hr or 2 hrs parking receipt , i was refused & told that only 12 hrs parking fees are taken & this is a railway rule.
    This is unfair to charge for 12 hrs if we are coming to drop someone and need parking for short period.
    You are kindly requested to address this issue & change the rule.

    This is the second time i am facing issue with bedroll. They always give wet bedrolls. My PNR:2447276065,TRN:12456,DOJ:10-06-18. On asking to attendant he says we provide the way we get. Also there is no attendant avl for this coach. On inquiring i came to know today their is no attendant and a common person for 2-3 coach is their. First time also they provided wet bedrolls.     I usually travel by 17617 tapovan express on a weekly basis . Every time I see the number of unreserved passengers more than reserved passengers in the boogie causing havoc and chaos within the compartment . Today I am travelling in D2 91 and a family of six requested me to adjust and make them sit . They are travelling with non confirmed waitlisted tickets. How can this situation be resolved !

    I am traveling train no. 12141 dated 12.05.18. From 13.05.18 at 11.00am AC was mot working i have complained several times to techinical staff CTI but the problems has not solved till. Passengers facing suffocation problem no one bothered. Still i request responsible person to take care of passengers.
