    I m travelling in dibrugarh rajdhani train 12436
    . The right time of departure is 9.25 then why I m not getting breakfast
    . I came from haryana to delhi so I hv came out of my house at 3.30 in the morning. N m alone female can’t go out for food
    . Is dis the service rajdhani is providing . At the time of booking ticket why they charge for fooding if they don’t provide

    The public toilet near platform no 18 as per as.railways there is a chart outside the toilet but when.i have entered she said for using washroom i have to play 5 where as its totally written outside if im.willing to bath then only 5 and apart from.tht im.a regular bases traveller and the women inside ladies toilet she is demanding this kind of money to eveyone these days i would like to knw if the prices are changed then pls kindly change the price chart outside so tht we can knw it is genuine price and we are giving it to railway not to them so kindly change the chart if it changed . 5rupees is not a at all a huge amount.but still u should change the chart so tht we.could easily knw tht its an genuine .

    This is against the booking clerk of Electronic City SWR .I gave my debit card for a reserved AC3 tr ticket to Banaras on 30/1/2018.The amount was collected from debit card wrongly Rs.2630/- as per TID. KA025693 and Invoice No.001945 (13.23.50) and cancelled the same given me a Void Sale invoice and said that the amount will be credited to your account.Till today the amount has not been credited.I am a senior citizen and the concerned clerk very careless towards the customer and had anger.I request the Authorities to look into the matter and take proper action against the clerk and may be refunded my money collected at the earliest.     What action railway will take when the Railway Ticket agents demand extra money and misbehaves. already lodge complaint with Police. Recording of demanding extra money is also available . Further how we can get the complete details of the agent so that we can proceed further.

    I am travling in train no 11095 brc to pune. A.C. is also not working properly not not cooling is there. I asked to TC and service staff atleast 3-4 time. Still in 6 our journey A.C. not working coach no.B2 seat no. 40

    Hello I am a passenger travelling with sapt kranti super fast train no 12558. The washrooms of first AC are in terrible conditions with no flush and no proper sanitation.Where is swach Bharat abhiyaan please consider it and make it aware to rail ministry. This is the situation of every single train in Bihar.

    hello i am passenger of railway today i was suppose to travel with passenger train 57473 mahboob nagar to bodhan from a station at yakutpura .i was waiting for train from 14:30 when i went to buy a ticket at ticket counter a gentleman said train is late and he will issue a ticket after announcement only after .after a hour time i went and asked for ticket he issued he made any announcement and when i asked he said train will in few mins again he said he will make announcement after waiting for 30 mins one train i got suspious i went again and asked the guy in ticket counter he replied just now train went i asked why you didnt make any announcment not only me but their is people of platform waiting for this train and they missed train too.he keep repeating i made announcement i asked if you made announcement than people missed thier they are waiting for train from two hours.are they are stupid not only me thier is senior citizen too who is waiting on platform .the guy is so rude his beheavior is so bad.i request railway officers please look into the matter and punish this guy who is lazy to petform his duty.

    The train named 36811-Howrah Barddhaman local via chord line is running late for 20-30mints.According to the actual time , This train should depart from Howrah Station at 3:55 A.M. and arrive in Barddhaman at 6:00 A.M.But it is running late for 20-30 mints. This has been happening for approx 20 days recently.If it comes late , I won’t be able to catch the next train which is at 6:15 A.M. from Barddhaman.Please do needful to make 36811 in time.

    Today,14 th Jan 2018,i buy bread omelet butter from janaahar at Howrah station. they charged rs30 as cost and rs 10 as packing charges. How can be the packing charges before than 30 % of the cost?.is it justified??.

    In train no. 22812, Bhubaneshvar Rajdhani express dated 05/01/2018 rescheduled on 06/01/2018 Rats are running here and there, Upma was demanded in Breakfast but falsely told that Upma was not made and cutlet was given but it was returned by me and no else was provided, A.C is also not working properly not not cooling is there. Sunil Pareek, coach no.B10, seat no. 09 and 12.

    Travelling by Rajdhani express (12424) from guwahati to Dibrugarh… DOJ: SCHEDULE was 04.01.2018, 20.20 hours…running 11 hours late, in name of food only Dal & Rice served in very less quantity (already prepaid for non-veg in the ticket) COMPLETE LOOT… SEEMS THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR RIGHTS OF PASSENGER ARE HAND IN GLOVES…..A.C. frequently switched off (coach B5).. very unhygenic atmosphere in the coach.. pls advice whom to address….

    Today I travelled by Pinakini express from Nellore to Chennai Central. On arrival at Central I went to the pay and use toilet located at the Main Exit Gate. The charges for the usage displayed is Rs. 2 for using urinals and RS. 5 for using the toilets. But the attending staff are collecting Rs. 5 for urinals also. Moreover they are not issuing receipts. On questioning the staff are giving abusing way of replies. Please clarify if any changes in charges.
