For Group D Job widows of railway personnel No education Required
Under the new change, the widows of railway personnel will not be required to be educated now, they will also get job without academic qualification in the deceased dependent quota.
In many cases of Group D employees, it came to light that when it came to providing jobs to their dependents, educational qualification obstructs them. In many cases, it was seen that the widows of the staff did not have high school qualifications, so that they could not get a job.
ग्रुप डी कर्मचारियों के कई मामलों में यह सामने आया कि जब उनके आश्रितों को नौकरी देने की बात आई तब शैक्षिक योग्यता ने अड़ंगा डाल दिया । कई मामले में यह देखा गया कि कर्मचारियों की विधवाओं के पास हाईस्कूल की योग्यता नहीं थी, जिससे उन्हें नौकरी नहीं मिल पाई। रेलवे ने उसी समस्या का हल खोजते हुये मृतक आश्रित कोटे वाली नियमावली में बदलाव करते हुए शैक्षिक अनिवार्यता को खत्म कर दिया है। जिससे ग्रुप डी में नौकरी कर रहे कर्मचारियों की मौत के बाद उनकी विधवाओं को मृतक आश्रित कोटे के तहत नौकरी मिल जाएगी, वह भी तब जब वह शैक्षिक योग्यता ना रखती हो।
While searching for a solution to the same problem, the Railways have eliminated the educational compulsions by changing the rules of the deceased dependent quota. After the death of the employees working in Group D, their widows will get job under the deceased dependent quota, even when they do not have educational qualifications.
रेलवे ने उसी समस्या का हल खोजते हुये मृतक आश्रित कोटे वाली नियमावली में बदलाव करते हुए शैक्षिक अनिवार्यता को खत्म कर दिया है। जिससे ग्रुप डी में नौकरी कर रहे कर्मचारियों की मौत के बाद उनकी विधवाओं को मृतक आश्रित कोटे के तहत नौकरी मिल जाएगी, वह भी तब जब वह शैक्षिक योग्यता ना रखती हो।
