विकलांग रेलवे पहचान पत्र जिसकी वजह से उनको रियायत मिले रेलवे में, ये पहचान पत्र उन्हें आसानी से नहीं मिल रहे.
बहोत लोगो कंप्लेंट कर रहे हैं की उन्हें रेलवे से कोई जवाब नहीं मिलता महीनो बीत जाते हैं कोई जवाबदेही नहीं ऐसा कब तक.
