One of the two constables on the run after allegedly raping a minor inside a police station premises in Badaun on New Year eve was today arrested in the wee hours when he was about to board a Delhi-bound train here.
Constable Avnish Yadav was picked up from the railway station at around 1 AM by the Special Task Force and local police, Additional Superintendent of Police Rajiv Malhotra said.
