How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?
IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems
Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.
Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.
1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:
2) Click on My Transaction Option.
3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.
4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.
OR
Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

Sir I was booked a ticket21-02-2018 from dharmavaram to tirupathi but ticket was not booked.But money was debited to my acount. How will I get my money to my account.
i booked 3 tickets to goa and proceeded to payment ,once i entered my otp and processed error page came and cash got deducted in my account 1140 rs now how wil i get my cash back…..in transactions it is showing transaction id and payment failed
No need to do anything Transaction Failed/Payment Debit but Ticket not booked was now one of the common technical issue.
Keep check transaction status after minimum 7 working days once status refunded means you will get refund very soon.
I have tried to book train tickets using IRCTC app but booking time shown transaction failed at 19/02/2018 but not refunded so plzzz help how would I get refund….in transaction history showing bank name Paytm m why ?
Sir, I cancelled e ticket PNR no 8300217641 and transaction Id no 100001087989904 and refund Id is 100000217279066. I cancelled This ticket at 13-02-2018 but it’s show refunded on irctc but I couldn’t receive in my account .. Please help me. .
Hello sir, I can see the transaction ID but it’s show “Not Booked” in “Booking Status” but the payment is deducted from my account… How can I get my refunds?

Hello, i cancelled 2 tickets. On ticket cancellation history it shows refund amounts. BUt no record there in refund status. cancellation id 100000219028547 and 100000219028546
Check the Cancelled History.

After chart preparing, PNR show WL. My question is, Its impotent to cancel by me or its auto cancel and refund automatically.
In case E-Ticket Auto Cancel by IRCTC also you can do yourself for Fully Waiting tickets.

I tried to book tickets on 9/2/2018 which resulted in 3 failed transactions of RS. 1480 each. IRCTC status says ‘settled’ my SBI says no credit received. I don’t know what happened. Pl help

Hi, I tried to book tatkal ticket few days ago and during payment my money was deducted but on IRCTC app i got connection timeout error, so i havent get any reserved seat I’m looking forward to get refund for this transaction. My last booking transaction’s booking status is “paymemt requested”
IRCTC Refunds process are Fully Auto, In Case Failed Payment 100% Amount Credited, After Minimum 7 Working Days check the transaction status again and once status shows refunded means processed done from IRCTC Site.

No need to worry, 100% Amount Auto Refund with the Same Account Minimum 7 Working Days.
Make Sure Both Transaction are Failed, And Check the transaction status After 7 Days through this you Can the Transaction.
No need to afraid, It’s happen with Many IRCTC Users due Technical reason.

Sir, Maine 26January 2018 ko ticket book kiya tha, transaction ho gaya paise kat gaye lekin ticket book nahi hua, aur aaj 8 feb tak paisa bhi refund nahi hua h.
Email bhi kiya kewal system generated email rply m aaya h aur koi rply nahi aaya.

Sir, 28th january i cancel two tickets in rajdhani exp SDAH-NDLS.Cancelation id 100000214357626. But my cancelation money5270 not refund in my bank account pls take necessary action as soon as possible.
No need to Do anything, Refund Process are fully Auto. Check the Transaction Once Status Shown Refunded means you will Get Refund Soon.
Anyway as you Cancelled on 28 January, Hope you will Get Refund Till Next Friday.
Sir, your refund rules is as per your website its taken maximum 7days. Now you tell me that its taken 20 days or more time you have no idea because its automatic. Im trying your 2 land line numbers its all time busy last 5 days.
