How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    PNR 8200181454 ticket cancelled, Amt 130 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. Please check your account/instrument from which this tkt was booked.

    I not get any refund money

      On Which Date you Cancelled, IRCTC Take 7 Working Days to Complete process.

    I have booked a ticket under RQWL but ticket not confirmed, refund was not happen from irctc.it is already 20 days completed, what I suppose to do.

    I have booked ticket through debit card, but it showing paytm. That ticket has been cancelled and money refunded to paytmsdk.

      Actually While Payment, The Payment Options are available Powered by Paytm that’s why it’s showing Paytmsdk.

      But Don’t Worry you will Get Refund with your same bank Account.

    I cancelled a ticket on 9 Dec. Since then I have been waiting for the refund. Now after 7 days when I check my status on 16, it was showing refunded on 11 but no money is refunded in my account. What should I do now?

      Bank also Take some working Days to Reflect Transaction under Account, Hope you will Get Refund Till next Friday.

    I cancelled my ticket. Successfully. Status shown is refunded. But amount not credited to my bank account.
    Is there any need to file TDR or not.

      As Status Shows Cancelled then No need to DO anything, Normally IRCTC Refunds Take 7 Working Days.

    I had tried to book the 2 tickets but in both transaction got failed but amount is deducted from my account till now I have not received my amount and on irctc portal it is showing refunded …

    Refund Id is 100001072933710 & 100001072901403 n refund date is 8/12/2017….How long more it will take to transfer the money…???

    Dear Authorities,

    I have booked a rail ticket online at irctc.co.in on Dec 7, following are the details:-

    Transaction ID – 100001078020656
    KCG to YPR
    Date of Journey – 02 Jan 18
    Class – Sleeper
    Passengers – V Praveen Reddy,
    Train – 16570/KCG YPR EXP
    Total Fare – Rs 342.12

    There has been a debit of Rs 342.12 from my Paytm Wallet, however the ticket has not been booked. I have checked in ‘Refund status of Failed Transaction’ in my account & it says “Payment Failed”. However, I have checked from Bank & the amount has been debited from my account.

    Please refund the amount as money has already been deducted from my account.

    Please revert back at the earliest.

      As You Checked Status available under Failed Transaction, Check the status after 7 Working Days you will Get 100% Debited Amount.

      Normally all Failed Transactions Take Approx 7 Working Days.

      Check Status again after 5+ Working Days.

    Hello sir, I have cancelled the tickets for 3 different trains on 7th december . I have been waiting for the refund, till yesterday ie 10th December it was showing nothing in the refund status but today it is showing that amount was refunded on 8th december. But I haven’t recieved any amount from the bank.

      Check the Refund Status again on Next Week Friday. Refund Take 7 Working days from IRCTC and Another Some days depend n Bank.

    I cancelled Ticket on 23 Nov , and Today’s Date is 12 Dec.
    My Refund status is Refunded , but Money is not transferred into my account

    Sir , in my irctc account it is showing that my amount is refunded and CITI bank but i have paid through ICICI bank used CITI bank gateway for payment and till now I have not got any amount in my bank.

    My ticket PNR 4438339865 and i have cancelled this ticket on 29-11-2017 its been almost 9 days still i have’nt got my money back.when i checked in irctc website it showing as refund had been done .but i have’nt got any refund.kindly take action on this and do needfull to me

    I had a failed transaction on 1-12-2017 but my money was debited and ticket not booked. I haven’t received my refund yet.

      No need to do anything, Refunds Process are fully Automatic.

      Wait some more working Days as many Time Bank also take some days to reflect credit under Transactions.

    I have got payment failure 29-11-2017 when I booked train tickticket through irctc website and the amount has been debited from kotak mahindra bank account.

      As pr Rules Refunds Take 7 Working days, As per User Experience Bank Side also take Some working days to reflect amount under Transaction.

      As per status Refunded from IRCTC and Now Depend on Bank to Reflect Transaction under Transaction. Bank also can’t do anything as it’s fully auto Process.

    I tried booking a ticket on 29 November from DGR – GKP ,ticket hasn’t been booked but transaction charges were deducted from my account. TRANSACTION ID -100001067977881….the transaction is still showing payment requested .Till when can I expect to get the refund ?
