How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?

IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems

Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.

Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.

1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:

2) Click on My Transaction Option.

3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.

 

 

4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.

OR

Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

    I bookd 4 ticket twr irctc app and a cancelld .i ggot a msg refunded but in site details its in paytym am bookd thrw bank accnt i dindt get refund what will do

    Its been 12 days i have canceled my ticket on 25th of October. On irctc site it shows amount is refunded but actually i have not received anything in my account .
    My transaction id is-100001016807264
    Refund id-100000193723854.
    I have tried calling customer care number of IRCTC but its not connecting call or I mean something is really wrong with IRCTC and they are trying to pick money from peoples pocket.

    Sir I have booked tatkal ticket but transaction was dropped by IRCTC as unavailability of seat. Money was deducted and msg from IRCTC came that money will be refunded. After two days it shows on website money refunded on 30 October but money has not been credited to my account yet. I tried toll free no of IRCTC mail them no response pls help

    I cancelled my tickets on 14/10/2017.till now I have not got the refund. I Hv raised the issue with the website care@irctc
    I keep getting automated complain tickets but the issue is not resolved

    I doing tatkal ticket 29th oct .but ticket is not booked but the amount of 600 get debited frm my account with

      You Can Check through status of your Refund.

      No need to do Anything. Auto Credit 100% Debit amount within 7 Working days.

    Hi I have booked 3 tickets for 01.Nov.2017, and i cancelled the same on 27.Oct.2017 today when am checking the refund status its showing not refunded.

    I cancelled my ticket eticket on Sep 1, PNR 8162804504 and received an email that refund will be processed shortly, its been 2 months and I have not received the refund. IRCTC phone numbers are permanently busy. Can I go over the counter at a booking office to request the refund.

      Refund Processed are Fully Auto Except TDR Filing. Normally Take 7-8 Working Days.

      Please Check your Bank Transaction Carefully and Make Sure you Will Not Receive Payment.

      Process to IRCTC Regarding Refund:- Send Email through your Registered Email ID to care@irctc.co.in, etickets@irctc.co.in Mention PNR and Transaction Details.

      After Mail you will Get Reply with Reference Number After that IRCTC send anther mail Within 1-3 Weeks with your Complete transaction Process.

    I have cancelled a train ticket against the IRCTC PNR 8363235620 having transaction id 100000971458920 on the same day when I booked the ticket i.e on 09-Sep-2017. But still I have not received my refunded amount and I can see the Refund Status as ACCOUNT CLOSED under refund status history . Kindly suggest me what should I do now.

      Kindly note that the amount will be refunded in the same account from which you had made the payment. If your account has been closed then irctc will get the confirmation from the respective bank and then only will process the case accordingly.

      Check your Registered Email May you Get Some Information there. OR

      Send Email through registered Email ID mention details User ID,PNR,Transaction ID, Status etc details to care@irctc.co.in, etickets@irctc.co.in. After Email you will get Quick reply from IRCTC Care with Reference Number, After Some Days you Will Get Another reply with Complete Details under same reference number.

    I have cancelled tickets on 16th October, on IRCTC website it says status refunded on 17th October. But I still didnt get the amount in my bank account, today is 30th October. My PNR is 8548056483. What should I do now??

          Wait Few More working Days, as Refunded Shown under IRCTC Status. Sometimes Bank Transaction take more time to Reflect under bank Transaction.

      You Book Ticket Using Cash On Delivery option through BookMyTrain’s website or through the app.
      You need to specified bank account number to Get refund in Case COD.

      Hope You Count Only Working/Business Days.

      Normally IRCTC Refunds take 7 Working Days but some time depend on Bank Taking Tim to Reflect under Banking Transaction.

      Check the Last Transaction Status, in Failed Transaction Menu you Can you All Failed Transaction Status.

    Hello sir
    I got mail from IRCTC for refund

    An amount of Rs 1245.0 deducted against IRCTC Txn ID 100001024000295 on 23-Oct-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.
    This is the mail system at host sehdev.irctc.co.in.

    But till I’m not get refund what should I do?

    Hi,

    I booked 6 tickets from tpty–>cbe , based on tatkal booking i cancelled 2 tickets on 20/10/17 , and the remaining 4 tickets on 21/10/17 .PNR being the same for both transactions. 2 tickets refund amt have been credited and the remaining amount for 4tickets is not yet credited and shows the status as refunded for both transactions. Please let me know when will the amount get credited for the rest of 4 tickets.

      Make Sure After Cancellation on 21st there is Still Remaining Refund Amount.
