How to Check Transaction Failed Transaction Status?
IRCTC Ticket Not Book But Amount Debited relevant problems
Many times we cancelled Our Ticket OR We failed to book ticket OR Due to any communication failure Transaction Fail but payment deducted and that after we have no way except Wait for refund.
Here You will get information that how you will check your cancelled ticket or debited money refund process status through your IRCTC Account.
1) Login Into your https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search Account:
2) Click on My Transaction Option.
3) In My Transaction Option under Choose Refund Status of Cancelled Ticket.
4) On Cancelled Refund Page you will get all the details of Your Cancelled Tickets. Just Click on Transaction ID which you want to check.
OR
Just Login to irctc.co.in on your PC and after Login the Next Page Looks like Below picture and Find Last Transaction Booking status, that’s it.

I reserved four e-tickets from New Jalpaiguri to Sealdah by 12378 Padatik Express Ex 3 Tier A/c . Transaction Id 100000855766265. PNR No. 6601981772. Date of Journey was 25.09.2017. I cancelled all the four ticket on 07.09.2017. Refund amount of Rs. 3865/- is showing under Bank Name ITZ. But I have used SBI credit card while booking the e-ticket. Can you suggest what sould I do next?
As you Cancelled Tickets in September, All Refunds process must Complete.
First Check your Account Transaction Carefully, Make sure you got the refund or Not. If Not then Follow the Below Steps.
1) Download Transaction list as You done payment through your SBI Card. (For Reference)
2) Copy the Transaction Details like PNR/Transaction ID etc.
Send mail through your registered Email ID with IRCTC Account mention and attached references and Send to
care@irctc.co.in, etickets@irctc.co.in

Hello, I was booking ticket SBC (Banglore) to BGM(Belgaum) for date 23rd December 2017. i was doing this on date 21-OCT-2017. I filled all the details and went for the payment, I was doing payment through paytm.
Money deducted from bank but ticket not confirmed.Transaction ID is 100001022443888. but this thing is showing that in my irctc web transaction failed.
i have bank mail that money deducted and i have wrote mail to care also but they are telling this transaction money has not be credited. what should i do now. its was 1026 rupee amount not so less too. how should i get it back.
You No Need to Do Anything as this was One of the Common transaction Problems.
Just Make Sure the Ticket was Not Booked and Transaction Filed.
Wait till 7 Working Days you will Get 100% Refund to Your Same debit Account.

I have booked tickets with irctc.com. But the transaction was cancelled, amount was debited from by bank account. In the refund history it will showing the amount was refunded to PAYTMBank. it was not my bank brank branch, i have used the SBI Debit card banking. At anyway the amount was not added to my bank account. please help me.

While Make Payment on IRCTC Payment Page you choose Paytm as Payment Gateway that why Refund Status Showing Like this.
Once Paytm Got Refund they Identify and Credit with the same Account (SBI) don’t Worry.

sir, i have cancelled my two tickets from vskp to sc &vice versa pnr numbers are:#6106792439,#4856872193 respectively. in refund history it is showing amount was refunded but i haven’t recieved the money yet. when can i get my money.
Please Mention Cancellation Dates. As Many Holidays in this month, Normally Refunds take 7 Working Days.

Check the status under Failed Transaction, If Transaction Failed Don’t Worry you Will Get 100% Refund within 7 Working Days.
