Sir in your description ticket booking through powered by paytm is very easy, but there is a problem in refunded money It takes very long time. And in your description it shows that maximum time is 4 to 7 days to refund a money in same account. My money is also not refunded yet. Transaction no. Is 100001153247780 It is already 7 days happen. How much time i have to wait?

my train ticket booking dt 07-12-2019 done through paytm txn id 9793729061 failed and I got refund msg from irctc that the amount of Rs 757 would soon be refunded to my account… As i checked the status of my refund today with irctc, it gave the msg SENT TO BANK…. But I haven’t yet got it in my Bank Account…. Kindly see to it and ensure my refund at the earliest….
my train ticket booking dt 31-3-2018 done through paytm txn id 10000121304060 failed and I got refund msg from irctc that the amount of Rs 415 would soon be refunded to my account… As i checked the status of my refund today with irctc, it gave the msg SENT TO BANK…. But I haven’t yet got it in my Bank Account…. Kindly see to it and ensure my refund at the earliest….
As Failed on 31st March 2018, it will take minimum 5-7 Working days, Once status shown Refunded means process done by irctc.
