138 railway security helpline number really helpful
As we can see there is more improvement in Railway. Like improvement in cleaning, security etc.
Railway also started a toll free numbers for all of Indian railway users.
Here I am sharing my personal experience How Indian railway security helpline number helping the passengers and how contact them immediately etc detail.
In the last month I was traveling in 19054 Muzaffarpur Surat express. In my coach the lady boarded train from tundla station with her 4 year below child. Ladies have confirmed seat but its RS means the divided sitting reserved seats. The person who already sitting on her (He was Male person around 40 years old) seat refuse to accept and decline that there is no any seat reserved for her. Also the men argued with the ladies. She was standing since 15 minutes but the illegal seat occupier not allowing her to take seat. All the passengers are just listening with silence. No one interesting to interfere or solve this matter.
I told her for minutes take my seat and also knowing them about 138 she was educated So, she immediately understand my suggestion and she called 138 security helpline and first knowing them her PNR and told the complete matter to the 138 helpline person. 138 security person accept her request and answer that he received request and told the next Agra Station RPF to attend this.
After around 10-15 minutes train arrived agra station, and after just second the Railway Police comes in our compartment and told the illegal occupied person (the men who refused to give her seat) to give her seat as she had reserved ticket for this. Also ask the ladies if she don’t want sitting there or still any problem please knowing them.
After To watch and experience of this security helpline service i feel yes really services are much improved.
