Railway Closed Old complaint and advised file fresh complaint
V R Srinivasan, who used to travel frequently to Trichy for his mother’s treatment, first registered the complaint in 2013 saying battery cars operated for senior citizens and disabled could access only four platforms. He filed another complaint a year ago.
“I got mails from the complaints portal of railways informing me that they are closing my grievance since it was registered more than a year ago. Adding insult to injury, they asked me to file a new complaint regarding this matter,” said Srinivasan.
