Mega Block between Goregaon and Borivali on Sunday
To carry out maintenance work of tracks, signaling & overhead equipments, a major block will be undertaken between Goregaon and Borivali stations from 10.35 hrs to 15.35 hrs on Sunday i.e.10th January, 2016 on UP & DOWN Through (i.e. Fast) lines.
During the block period, all UP & DOWN Fast line trains will run on Local (i.e. slow) lines between Goregaon and Borivali stations. Due to the block, some Up and Down local trains will remain cancelled. During the block period, Borivali trains will be dealt on any of the PF No.7/8/2 and Virar trains on PF No.1/3 at Borivali. Mail/Express trains will be dealt on PF No.6/6A and 3 at Borivali.
During the block period all fast trains from 9.48 hrs (leaving from Churchgate) to 15.02 hrs(leaving from Churchgate) in Down direction and from 9.56 hrs (leaving from Virar) to 14.56 hrs (leaving from Virar) in UP direction will halt at all stations between Andheri-Borivali and Borivali -Andheri respectively.
