Indian railways have started an online portal for passengers
The Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan has found its way into the Indian Railways too. The passengers can now register a complaint about coaches being dirty online and the matter would be taken forward within 15 minutes.
Currently, the passengers travelling by Rajendranagar super fast express can avail this facility. (iamin.in)
