The passengers who want to complain or make any suggestions may download the mobile App from the URL www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in. The passengers can also file their complaints and suggestions on the web page www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in. The passengers can also SMS their complaints on mobile number +91-9717630982.
Also present on the occasion were, Chairman, Railway Board, Shri A.K.Mital, Board Members and other senior officials of the Indian Railways.
The Complaint Management System (COMS) portal consists of the following applications:-
- A mobile app based complaints and suggestions application (currently on the android platform).
- A web based complaints and suggestions application on URLwww.coms.indianrailways.gov.in.
- A SMS based complaints and suggestions application on the number +91-9717630982.
- A link to Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) will also be provided.

Why the 07335 munugur express train is running late more than two hours,it is worst train ever, we are not able to reach the destination on time, we(passengers) facing lot of problems with this. Waste train waste train waste train……. If it is bus we can share our problem easily, this is train that’s why we are just complaining the problem we are facing. Just show purpose Irctc running this train not anything more.
Irctc can cancel this train.
Why train from Puri to Durg and vice versa is getting late every day Puri Durg express. If it is getting late all days then change train timing.
Today 28.08.23 it has stopped 2 km before reaching to Durg junction for now 20 minutes.Still we are waiting inside the train to reach Durg junction.
Why in Kantibanji train 22861 running late .Left Howrah station at 7:48 am.
Why was it not intimidated??
Condition of toilet and seats are in shabby condition Stinking toilets.
